Stayed Aug 14, 2025Fantastic location and very comfortable, so convenient to so many attractions and restaurants that Nashville has to offer. Wasn't there long enough to try out the pool but it was nice that it was there. I would stay there again :)

Stayed Jul 24, 2025We were in Nashville for a hockey tournament, and this property was perfect for our stay! Close enough to Broadway to enjoy the fun, yet easy to get in and out of town when needed. The amenities were excellent, communication was clear and prompt, and check-in was a breeze. We especially appreciated the secure parking garage—such a convenience in the city. Would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Nashville!

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Although we only stayed one night, this property made our stay so memorable. Quick trip to airport and easy access to highways. Plus property itself was cozy & beautiful. Everything you’d need. Pool was nice and clean. Host was very responsive and attentive. Thanks for a great experience!

Stayed Jun 8, 2025Our host was exceptional place was very clean and cozy. Close to the strip yet far away to have peace and quiet. Parking wasn’t bad we had a 2020 Chevy Traverse and fit just fine. Neighborhood is very friendly and we met some really cool people by the pool. Plus also is there is a golf cart shuttle service right next door, we left the driving up to them we also Uber’d back from Broadway and was only 6.00 so not worth driving and paying parking. All and all we will be back again soon.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024Stayed in Nashville with 3 little kids. They enjoyed the pool and the quick walk to The Gulch. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Pretty quiet at night and the balcony is a great place to chill out. We would stay here again for sure.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024The owner was truly accommodating and tried to help us as much as possible so let me start by saying the space was nice and big enough for our family of 6. The pool and gym were nice to have access to. However, their cleaning crew looks like they basically took out trash only and never really cleaned and the owner said they were addressing it and didn’t know. Sent pics and videos to them. Although the parking garage is a good security feature if you do not have a very small compact car it will not fit in the spot assigned and we had to park outside on the street. Very sketchy corner and dark. Also have to go back to garage gate to get in because only place code worked. With kids and coming and going this was not the spot for us for multiple reasons but main one was the party busses and hub for that scene was all over this place. The tour buses and the partygoers that rode them shared the driveway of this place so if you’re single or having a bachelor party this is the place to stay. Again good location but needed a deep clean and that is supposed to be addressed. They did refund our cleaning fee because of it as well.
