Stayed Feb 8, 2026What a perfect location and wonderful condo! I go to Asheville pretty regularly and was tired of hotels being more expensive and not having the basics. Mary's place is perfect! It only took one walk to realize that yes, it really IS in the middle of everything. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The beds are really comfortable, and the shower is great too. Can't wait to go back!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This was a perfect condo. Very close to everything. One thing was it was a little loud which she did tell us about and they provided us with white noise machines which made it better. We were able to deal with it as we like noise to sleep, but I know some people don’t. One thing we missed having in the kitchen was Wine glasses, I’m a wine snob and like drinking them out of a wine glass. Other than that it was a perfect trip.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024The modern condo in downtown Asheville was centrally located, large and nicely furnished. The homeless guys in the doorways street noise (abated byre noise machines) were not so nice. The absence of wine glasses,, laundry detergent and Klee ex was evidence of a host who needed to be a little more generous.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024We loved how clean and secure that the condo was. We really enjoyed having a parking place included with the rental. We would have liked to have darker blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. It was really bright with the street light shining in the windows at night. We did have trouble with the dryer (it could have been operator error). We loved being able to walk to the downtown restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We enjoyed our stay. Mary was awesome! For those wondering, the noise was as advertised, but not a problem at all. It is a busy downtown like any other downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!
