Communication with the third party was great. But the place is okay. However, the tv remote does not work, the water kept dripping from the sink, the sheets were not clean (I had to sleep with towels…). The living room is simple and nice. But the bathroom is old and rusty. It was an okay experience kind of disappointing with the sheets (there was a yellow stain on one of the pillows and all the pillows smelled terrible.”).

The unit was very clean and the owner was very responsive. The check in was very easy. It was a little cold during nights, but they provided heater. I appreciate my time here.

At first glance, you would think it was a remarkable apartment. However. The same day I arrive that night we discovered the place was infested with roaches. Upon contacting the host or owner they agreed to 30% discount on my first nice day and one night off on my overall stay. And they’ll move me to a new apartment. I agree. The apartment was not better than the first one I picked it was actually smaller. I also didn’t know it was that much crime in front of the building also, the whole building reeked of marijuana smoke. I made it back home in one piece. However, now the owner refuses to give me the refund that she promised me initially. They’re unprofessional and clean and in front of the building is a crime ridden area right next to liquor stores. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

The photos do not reflect what you see in the apartment. There is a leak on the ceiling, the kitchen cabinets need repainting, the leather on the couch is worn, the shower is old and the water that comes out is either scolding hot, lukewarm or ice cold, the blankets had holes in them... However the place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view is nice. Overall, the place is average and okay to stay if you don't plan on being inside most of the time. Oh, and there is no option for affordable parking.

The building doesn't have all the amenities of a much more expensive hotel. Swimming pool, gym, etc. However, the apartment itself is immaculate and more than makes up for it. Great having a place to chill,a full kitchen, and a private balcony with a great view, especially at night!!! The owner was very responsive and readily answered any questions. We were very content with this booking

This is my second time staying in this unit. Rachel, the owner, is great to work with and quick to respond. Love having the corner unit, since it’s more quiet. Bed and decor are good too. Always clean. Will stay again for sure.

This property caught my attention as we needed to be close to the Westin Hotel and access Downtown attractions, specially GWCC. For that it was good, but you do need to feel comfortable walking. I am 46, in decent shape, and I had my 70 yr old mom with me, also in decent shape. Scooters are all over for rent, but that was not an option for us. She was hurting a bit on the day we walked everywhere (GWCC, Aquarium, Centennial Park, Hall of Fame...) I would say it's in an ok part of the city, but I wouldn't want to be walking much after dark. There are homeless people, most didn't bother us. Hyde Park is right at entrance of building. There were homeless there and I'm sure that's fairly normal. Communication with owner of property was good as our flights kept getting delayed (a day and a half). We did have some check in issues with concierge. We thought it was because of our late arrival, but even that didn't seem to make a difference. She did allow us to go up to condo since I had confirmation and instructions to enter. She was very polite and doing her job...I was just hoping to not have any more glitches in an already frazzled trip. The condo is in ok condition. It's a place to stay, in a decent location, we had what we needed, but it could use a little TLC. Some of the bathroom towels were dirty, some of the lights were out, the bathroom itself could use some spruce up the appearance (it wouldn't take a lot). The bed is comfortable, but is pretty basic in looks-no bedding set, just basic pillows with sheets and a micro blanket. It would be helpful to have instructions on TV use. There is a ROKU stick and some are not going to know what to do with that. The TV remote wasn't working. There were extra batteries, but even those didn't help. We didn't watch much TV, so not a huge deal. It's a small detail that should be taken care of before someone stays. We didn't use the kitchen, so I don't have comments. There was a Corner Bakery right next to building great for breakfast. Max Lager's was great for dinner and also next to the building. I think had we arrived when we should've, we may have utilized the kitchen - but carrying groceries back to condo may not have been fun. We weren't given departure instructions. In all my VRBO stays I've had clear arrival and departure notes. I just knew where I needed to put key fob and remotes; nothing about towels or kitchen. With some TLC this could be a good rent

The location was very good. Within walking distance to the Coca Cola Museum, Centennial Park, Aquarium, etc. The check in process/time was a little challenging and strict. We arrived in Atlanta at 10:30am and we couldn't get in to the condo until 4:00pm. We knew this ahead of time but we couldn't control our flight/ arrival time. It would have been nice if the check in time was a little more flexible. When we received the codes we needed to access the condo we were given 2 codes...one to unlock the condo and one to lock the condo. One code did both and the other code did nothing. The condo was not very clean. There were no dish towels or dish clothes. Just a dirty sponge. The kitchen had very little when it came to utensils, pots, etc. We had 1 fork, 3 spoons and a couple of knives. The common areas of the Towers were very clean. The Towers' staff were very friendly/helpful and the building was very secure. The host was very quick to respond any questions/questions.
