Guest Access:

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.

Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24-hour concierge that will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

The Neighborhood:

You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here! It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. Youre in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either.



Getting Around:

Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.



Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable in price.



Other Things to Note:

Heating & Air Conditioning

️ This old system uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.



Pets

No animals are allowed, as per HOA regulations. We appreciate your understanding.



Laundry

A washer and dryer are available in the basement level. The cost is $1.75 per load. Please bring quarters or laundry cards as needed.



Parking

Parking is not included, but there are several convenient paid parking options nearby. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

A 24/7 concierge is available at the building’s front entrance, so late check-ins are no problem at all. Just head to the front desk upon arrival, where the concierge will assist you with entry.



The condo features a keyless entry system—you’ll receive a secure access code prior to check-in, so there's no need to worry about keys.
