Downtown 2/2 with balcony overlooking Main Street!

Property was clean, safe, quiet, modern and as pictured. Location was spectacular overlooking Main Street. Access to restaurants, bars, the farmers market and falls park were so easy and walkable. Parking was interesting given all of the events so close by but always cheap or even free. Would recommend and will start here first for any future trips to Greenville.

This was a well furnished clean, comfortable delightful apartment. The balcony was right on Main Street and within walking distance of everything —wonderful restaurants all around as well as all kinds of shops. The Peace Center is close at hand along with Reedy Falls park. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The owner responded quickly to questions an everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this rental.

Great condo, great location! We were able to walk everywhere including to the concert we attended at Bon Secours Arena.

What a beautiful, clean condo with everything we needed. Excellent communication with the host, Pat. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony and sitting outside after dark. Yes, there is street noise which is explained in the details, but we got used to it quickly. Our days were spent exploring all there is to see in Greenville and surrounding area.

Condo was clean and well decorated with very comfy beds. Balcony overlooked Main St where the farmers market was held on Saturday morning. We were able to park easily in the garage ($7 a day) and walked everywhere - to the Peace Center to see a play, to restaurants, to shopping, to the Reedy Falls park… very convenient location! On weekend nights the street below is very loud (which we knew about in advance from the listing) but we enjoyed people watching from the balcony and used our sound machines to dull the noise so we could sleep. The owner was easy to communicate with - we’re already planning a return trip!

I live in Greenville but did not have enough space for friends coming into town so I stayed with them at this lovely condo. This is right in the heart of downtown and was perfect for a fun time. The condo was clean, fully stocked with supplies and very comfortable. The owner was in constant communication as well even though we had no issues that needed to be addressed. Staying downtown on a weekend can be noisy so we very much appreciated the white noise machines and ear plugs that were provided in the bedrooms. We spent most of our time on the amazing patio overlooking Main Street. Will definitely recommend this condo to family/friends that come into town in the future. Great place! The condo location is excellent, easy walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars and shops and the place was very clean with all the amenities we needed. However, the property is extremely loud with noisy cars practically racing down the street until after midnight and delivery trucks right beneath the balcony starting at 4:00 a.m. as well as being able to easily hear the people upstairs walking around. I really liked the condo itself and the hosts were extremely nice and had excellent communication but I would not stay here again simply due to the noise.
