Down to the Wire, Cozy 2-bedroom condo with WiFi and AC in welcoming Auburn

We had a great overnight stay! Michael was very accommodating , as we had our hands full with a newborn and toddler and left an item on site, and we were able to grab at a later date! Clean and cozy, we’d stay again!

Clean and comfortable

Loved this place! I lived in this condo complex back in the 90s. It was very nostalgic! The condo was decorated very well and everything was very comfortable including the beds! Hope to stay again sometime!

The dryer didn't heat up so our clean towels never dried after 4 dry cycles. The remote control fans/lights were very confusing. When one rooms light would turn on so would the other room.

We had a great stay here for Parent's Weekend! While the exterior of the building is a bit plain (nothing at all wrong with it), the interior was really beautiful! The layout was great and it felt bigger than the square footage would indicate.It was very clean, and my family has a high bar for cleanliness. The location was great, with about a 10min drive to campus, and easy access to local shopping areas. This was a really pleasant suprise, and I would stay in the unit again. Also, Michael was a great host and very quick to respond to my questions.

Perfect kitchen for the week - all the amenities are great and i have never seen a cleaner or newer assortment of kitchen pots, pans, dishes, utensils. This is not second hand leftovers - really nice stuff!

Very clean. Nice kitchen fully equipped. Ceiling fan did not work in one of the bedrooms and it was a little warm. We did use the free standing fan.

Came into town for 10-year reunion. Location was great. Parking easily accessible. Very clean property. Seamless check in and out.

Excellent condo about 5min from campus. Ideal location near major roads on game day. Quiet, clean and well stocked. Hot showers. Spacious kitchen. Cold AC. Soft comfy beds. Easily accessible. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for families. Friendly helpful host communicated well with all instructions, and we had zero issues or concerns. Solid choice

In town for graduation and stayed at Down to the Wire. Everything was as presented, clean, and easy check-in and check-out. Easy access to campus and around town without all the hustle and bustle. Thanks for offering this property.

This property was so nice! It was clean and had everything we could have needed. The neighborhood was very quiet! The drive into campus is quick and easy.

The furnishings were great. Fully stocked kitchen that had anything you would need. Bathrooms were updated and nice. The beds were hands down the most comfortable I have slept in! The owners were quick to answer my questions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
