The entire condominium unit is available to enjoy, as well as the extensive building amenities.

THINGS TO KNOW - READ CAREFULLY:
* Cleaning is included in the price.
* This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit and building. An outside smoking area is provided.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* There is a $75 resort (per week of stay) fee paid to directly to the Braemar Towers at check-in and this will provide 1 additional parking spot. Fee is paid by check or with credit card.
* This condo also has a private parking spot under the building.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Braemar is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.
*We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 131st street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* Guests will need to supply sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on the day of your arrival and picked up on the day of your departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling maximum occupancy of the condo.
*The property rents Saturday to Saturday.
