Don't CROSS the street, our Unit is on the BEACH! 2br/2ba Condo

Beautiful and very spacious unit. Excellent view of gulf. Easy check in and great location. We love Seabreeze and have stayed there numerous times.

The condo was well-stocked and property was clean. There are a few maintenance items that need to be addressed in the condo, like the broken water dispenser on the fridge, several outlets throughout the condo, and the ceiling fan that does not work in the front bedroom. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom is gorgeous but the curtains do not sufficiently block the light from the pool lights that are kept on all night. It makes it hard to sleep. Unfortunately the condo next door has or allows pets because we listened to a dog yip constantly during our stay. Overall, the condo was nice and we had a good week there.

Beautiful condo beach front, spectacular views, plenty of amenities. Excellent location, was there for July 4th, fireworks were incredible viewed right from balcony. The host was very gracious and had excellent recommendations. Will definitely stay there again. I give it a 10/10, furnished to make you feel at right at home with lovely decor. Day bed with trundle was perfect for 9 and 13 year old to share with their own bath. Master was all we could wish for and more, with floor to ceiling windows and open to balcony.

Everything was amazing! I wish we could have started longer. The property manager was awesome; I will definitely be booking again!

Our stay at this condo was excellent. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved that it overlooked the pool and I was able to watch my granddaughters from the balcony while they were at the pool. Already considering booking again for next year.

I’ve stayed at this complex multiple times and this was one of my favorite units! It was cozy and I loved the table on the balcony. Will definitely be back!

You would be hard pressed to find someone who communicated as quickly and effectively. I was in town for a competition, and the schedule unexpectedly changed, and she was so accommodating with allowing us to check in early AND check out late. Thoughtfulness: the small things matter to me, the welcome basket with a few small munchies, it was a great touch. Cleanliness: unfortunately, we ran into some issues. When we arrived,it didnt look cleaned (debris in the kitchen sink, ice cream bar in the freezer, and brown stains on sheets, and the floors needed to be vacuumed). When I reached out, it was addressed immediately, and I was told that the cleaners were not made aware that I was checking in early, so they had not cleaned the property. I cringe to think about how my family would have laid on unclean sheets had the stains not been there that alerted us that we needed clean sheets. Upkeep needs some help: in the master bedroom there were lots of stains on the carpet, one that was extremely large, and brown, the knob on the washing machine was broken, the ice/water dispenser on the fridge was broken, and the sofa needed to be deep cleaned.

We've stayed numerous times at the Sea Breeze and I have to say this time, the room was actually clean! No problems at all, the icemaker didn't work on the outside of the refrid but we knew ahead of time, which was nice. It could use some updates in the shower area but, overall, everything was very well kept and tidy.

It was a quick trip, but the location was great and relaxing.

The unit was perfectly located to access everything in Biloxi. It was so convenient to walk out and be right on the beach. The pool was clean and the parking area was secure. Unit was beautiful and peaceful! Will stay again next time we visit Biloxi!

The home was freshly cleaned on arrival. It is spacious and everything we were looking for in a beach rental. All 6 of us were able to sleep comfortably. The view of the beach and pool were great. It was also in the perfect location. My mother was able to go right across the street to Treasure Bay to the Casino and food and shopping were less than 5-10mins driving. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Fun pool, beach, and close restaurants!

The condo was great. We had small issue with one toilet that was quickly remedied. The communication was excellent. We had very nice and pleasant stay. Ms Lesslie was on top of everything and pleasant in every way. We are making plans to come back and hopefully this unit is available
