Stayed Jun 20, 2025Property was great, nice location. The room smelled a little musty but over was good. Great view to see the morning sunrise and watch the boats come and go. Hooks and Sunset Bar and Grill, great food and atmosphere.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025The room is very bare bones, no internet and remote to tv didn’t work. The blinds wouldn’t close all the way either. However, the location was great - lots of amenities near by, beach, nice pool, good restaurants and shops. Relatively close to 75 too. For the price, it was a nice stay for a quick weekend getaway.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025The 2nd story unit had a nice view, overlooking the pool and waterway. The pool was close by. The kitchen was sparsely furnished and made meal prep challenging. Hooks restaurant across the parking lot was great! We could not get the TV to work. The unit was basically ok for our needs as we were not on vacation.

Stayed Mar 12, 2023Would have liked more details and sooner communication. We were afraid we didn’t get the rental. We loved our stay. The room was little but worked for two. Nice neighbors. Beautiful views. Bed sucked and bathroom sink was hard to reach. We had a lot of fun and hope to return next year for an extended stay.

Stayed Jul 15, 2021I have been using VRBO for many years and have never stayed in a place as dirty and run down as this unit. (unit 611) First of all the code to unlock our door was given out to complete strangers Thursday night without verifying with us whether or not we knew the people before the code was given...we did not. At our request the office manager did send someone out to change our code to the lock which was very much appreciated. This was not a corner unit, nor did it have a bay view( it had an inlet view) and the beach was not just steps away across the street as it stated on the owner's page. It was a few blocks away. As far as the unit goes, the floors were so filthy that we had to wash our feet before we went to bed. I killed 2 cockroaches in the bathroom Saturday. We also had hot water on Thursday but not Friday or Saturday. The toaster oven, was missing one of the rubber feet so that it sat lopsided and was stored under the sink which was dirty. There was not a dishwasher or a safe in the unit as it stated under amenities. Hoping the dishes weren't washed by the sponge that was thrown under the sink. Luckily, I washed the dishes again when we had hot water...using a paper towel. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor and not just a few drops, there was a constant puddle on the floor. Had we been staying longer than 2 nights we would have looked for another place to stay. And yes, I took pictures. Mary W.

Stayed May 8, 2021Fun place to stay or rent for the family for extra room. Had fun at the pools. The view is fantastic.
