Dog-friendly villa w/ lagoon views & an updated interior - near beach & pools

Condo was clean with new carpet in bedrooms. Cabinets were old but kitchen was well stocked.

Perfect place for a family! We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and had everything we needed. Love that we could bring our pup with us.

Terrific location, walking distance to shopping and dining. We took walks with the pup daily and the weather was cooperative. We didn't have anyone above us so the time we spent in the condo (not much) was very quiet. Thanks to the Thompsons for having us.

Love the location….we’ve actually stayed in this house several times over the years! Hated the new tv setup this year, and will definitely consider this next year.

The natural surroundings looking out on the backyard beautiful little pond definitely would stay here again.

Good value for the $$. Excellent location. Would definitely stay there again. Only issue is that Vacasa gave me the wrong pool gate and bathroom codes.

We loved this location. The trolley stop to the beach was just steps away. We also enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. The unit was just as described. It met our needs and the staff was very responsive when the pool code didn’t work and when the dryer quit. We’d stay here again.

2 bed/2 bath first floor unit was well stocked and comfortable (a bit worn but fine), and was an easy walk to Sea Pines tennis center and Harbortown. Access to four clay tennis courts and pool for the complex. One tennis court had been also marked for two pickleball courts with portable nets. Trolley stop just a few steps away from the unit’s door made access to the beach and other sea pines destinations easy. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets etc. Kitchen had a drip coffee maker and kuerig, blender, and a full-size washer/dryer. Electric grill on patio was nice. Closet had 3 beach chairs and boogie boards but no shade umbrella. Plenty of bath towels and linens but bring your own beach/pool towels. Appreciated the welcome goody bag and mini soaps, shampoo, and complimentary dish soap, dw pods, and washer detergent. Power and wifi withstood the tropical storm conditions. Thank you for allowing a pet in the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Trolley stop almost right outside of the door, close enough to walk to harbor town, relatively quiet, can hear upstairs neighbors but that is expected. Gorgeous pond out back with a gator we watched for every day. Pool is nice, and deep- which the teens loved.

We only stay here while in Hilton Head!

Spent two weeks (late March-early April) for our first Hilton Head experience. Loved it. This unit is within walking distance of Harbor Town and an easy drive to many Hilton Head hot spots. Grateful for two baths so as master is tight. Waking every morning to look out on water more than made up for it. Beds were comfortable, unit clean and able to cook up many dinners. Looking forward to many more vacations on this great island.
