Dog Friendly, Spacious Beach Retreat, only Steps to Sugary Sand, Conveniences and all the Fun!

Condo is nice. It says 2 bathrooms but it’s 1 1/2 and they are not separate. You have to go through the 1/2 bath to get to the full bath. I like a really hot shower and with the hot water fully on, the water is warm. The ceiling fan in the living room can only be on if the lights are on too which isn’t nice especially if you want to watch TV at night. Town is still recovering from Hurricane Ian.

Wonderful house! Close to the beach! Quiet and peaceful place. What was missing was a mosquito net on the door and a clock on the wall.

Our stay was great, slept our group of 6 comfortably. Nice neighbors and quiet area, not too far from the downtown area and close by the beach.

Spacious, clean, and quiet location! About a 5 minute walk to the beach & maybe an 8 minute walk to The Mound House! Conveniently located in between Publix & town/shops/restaurants! Ubers and Golf Cart rides are pretty quick, as well. The company is super responsive & constantly checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay at their location. The Reef felt like the perfect little beach hideaway. I loved relaxing on the porch and winding down with some TV after a day in the sun. It had all the cozy vibes you want for a laid-back getaway.

Good place and location. Quite area close to the bay and quick walk to the beach. AC was nice and cold. Needs a larger trash can. Haha.

The property was exactly the same property that was in the picture. Extremely clean and well decorated with very nice furniture and beds. The beach was only three minutes away by walking and not seven. And exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable clean And convenient place to stay.

The property is in a final stage of some very poor remodeling. There was no AC Vent in the master bedroom. Temps were near 90degrees. Kitchen chairs were falling apart, kids bed collapsed the first time my granddaughter sat on it. Vinyl siding was missing in several spots. Front stair was coming apart. Blinds were broken and tore apart. Kitchen cabinet would not open due to improper installation. No GFI in bathroom.

We had a great time-perfect location, clean and well equipped. Made for a perfect girls get-away!

Located mid island 2 blocks from beach on a quiet side street. Nice house recently remodeled. Nicely decorated and comfy furniture. Management quickly responded to a need.

From booking to checkout, the entire process was seamless. The management company made everything so easy, and we loved how well-maintained the home was. It really felt like a home away from home!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved it, and we really appreciated how close we were to everything!

Didn’t actually stay at this unit. About 2 weeks before my stay, was told the unit above wasn’t ready so was downsized to a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit without any discounted price. Kitchen was very small. Shower only with lukewarm water. The comforter had dog hair from last visit. Best thing about the stay was location, about four minute walk to the beach. Also check in process was easy.overall average stay, not sure I would rebook again though

Nice, comfortable two bedroom condo close enough to the beach to walk to it. There's a couple of quirks that are inconvenient. One, you can't have the living room fan on and turn out the lights which isn't the best at night watching TV. Two, the bathrooms, you literally have to go through the half bath to get to the full bath. So if someone is using one you either have to wait until they are done, close your eyes, or you're stuck. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay.

We loved our stay! The whole place was newly renovated and clean. Area still rebuilding lots from Ian, but having a good place to go back to made our trip so much better!
