Beach view was ok but could not see all of the beach, just the waves. Room was amazing, clean and well supplied. Location was perfect as we spent most of our time in this area. Host was responsive and friendly.

This was are 2nd time staying in this beautiful house. Home was very clean, well organized and very functional. We will be booking this place for years to come.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo that is steps from the beach. Our host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions. The condo was clean, comfortable and had an incredible view. Our family would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others to as well.

Great beach cottage! Clean, comfy & cozy. The cottage is well stocked, beds are comfortable. And that view! Owner is very responsive to questions.

A perfect balcony faces the ocean and delivers spectacular views 24/7. The apartment is older but has had some renovations. It is tastefully appointed with beach deco.One major prickle, as a pet friendly space, is the outdoor infestation of grass seed/sand burrs that are difficult to avoid, on the property and onto the beach. We had to tend quite a few attacks of super sharp prickly burrs getting stuck in the our own feet and pet paws.Lastly, there were a few issues with needing more dishes, some necessary kitchen items were missing and a couple creepy crawlers but nothing the Zevo couldn't handle.

I just stayed at this property while my condo is under renovations. The property delivered exactly what is posted on line. The unit was nicely decorated and the view from all the windows was just amazing. Hearing the ocean waves hit the shore was soothing. Having my dog with me was a bonus! I would definitely rent this place again.

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the previous review and didn’t see any bugs. We thought the floor was clean and there were vacuums in almost every closet which we used throughout our stay to keep the sand up. The hot water in the shower didn’t get hot hot but was warm enough to shower. We advised of this on our checkout and was told they would call a plumber. If you plan to bring a pet, be careful of the burrs behind the condo in the grassy area- which isn’t uncommon being at the beach. Our pups got them stuck in their pads. After we realized they were there, we just walked them on the beach. We communicated a couple of times with the agent by text who was very quick to respond. We will rent again in the future.

The condo floor appeared clean the evening we checked in as lighting was dim and floor was dark. By next day’s light we discovered it was filthy and had massive amounts of hair throughout the condo. We were greeted by a cockroach the first night. We texted the manager who sent an exterminator out the next morning. We recognize bugs may be challenging to control in the humid south and noticed manager trying. We saw another roach on the ceiling our last night which made me anxious to sleep. The master bathroom had numerous unpleasant issues. The water in the shower never reached beyond Luke warm, had limited pressure, and didn’t drain. I was standing ankle deep in water during my shower, which felt unhygienic. The ceiling had a leak that extended through the wall and softened the floor near the window. This made me feel nervous about the structure and deck in particular. (My husband didn’t think the leak was active.)
