Stayed Feb 1, 2025Great location on the northeast side of Tuscon. The condo is right on The Loop bike/walking trail with restaurants and Trader Joes within walking distance. The complex is well maintained and cared for.Biggest disappointment were the uncomfortable furnishings on the porch and in the dining area. The condo was clean, lots of kitchen utensils with plenty of towels and linens. The carpet was stained, but I think it was clean. Beds were comfortable.It was nice to have a Kurig coffee maker but hard to use the 12oz portion setting because the largest cup in the cubboard was 8oz.Although this property has lots of good good reasons to stay here, I don't think I would because of the uncomfortable furnishings I mentioned.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We settled into the place for several days while attending a U. of Arizona event. The place was nicely furnished and in a good proximity to the university. We felt right at home.

Stayed Feb 22, 2024Property was exactly as described. Comfortable and quiet with a dedicated parking spot. Nice, workable kitchen. Saw the pool and hottub but didn't use those. We did use the gym in the clubhouse, which had about everything you need. Good responsiveness from the owner when we had questions. Nice spot!
