Decorated in a style reminiscent of a lodge, this condo is ready to welcome you to the mountain. Warm up by the gas fireplace or take your hot cocoa to the private balcony off the bedroom. Games are provided for the entire family to enjoy while you're winding down. Just whip up something tasty in the full kitchen (equipped with plenty of cooking tools, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island) and you're all set to go. Don't worry about wet hats and gloves - just set them to go in the private washer/dryer and relax. You can also unwind in the shared pool during the course of your stay.
Access to East Peak will be easy with the Stagecoach Chairlift just under a half mile from your front door. Please keep in mind that most runs on this side of the mountain are for intermediate skiers, so beginners may want to head over to Heavenly Mountain Resort, five miles away, for more approachable runs. Come summer, the blue waters of Lake Tahoe await just eight miles from the condo (depending on your day use area of choice) where you can boat, fish, swim, kayak, or paddleboard to your heart's content. World-renowned hiking and mountain biking trails are scattered all around the lake for the more outdoorsy group members. Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course lies just under five miles away if you want to bring your golf clubs.

Amazing location. Enjoyed our time. Definitely coming back
The place worked out great for our family of Four. The rooms are a little on the small side but the open kitchen and family room provide plenty of space. The stairs are minimal compared to other units in this area. Great location and we can’t wait to go back!
The condo was nice, clean, with roomy floorplan. It is not Ski-in, Ski-out. A few items were not in good working order (Shower handle loose and fell off, thermostat loose and dangling off the wall, kitchen not well stocked - bring your own salt & pepper), but didnt affect our stay. Also, had to call mgt to find out where the jacuzzi was located(also not within walking distance)
the apartment is very comfortable, everything is there for living with children: good beds, dishes, a cozy and warm fireplace the only problem is that the heater did not work, it was a little cool, the management did not fix the problem during our stay, perhaps this is due to a snow storm. in general, I liked everything, I recommend
Great location. 5 minute walk to ski lift. Clean and well equipped. Convenient parking directly across the street. Easy/reasonable flight of stairs ~12 steps in total). Tolit needs to be reanchored to the floor (an easy fix by owner). W/D is turned on/off by sliding button to either washer or dryer. Owner could post instructions to help guests, as this issue was noted in another review. Some spices provided, but no coffee or tea. Coffee machine uses pods. Map/instructions should be left in the unit for locating the hit tub/pool. Very nice unit. Recommended for a small group.
Overall i felt i was Bait and switched. The pics had TVs in the room. Wheni arrived their was 1 TV in the closet. When Im on vacation I am not trying to install a TV. 1 of the stove burners on the gas range would not ignite and just leaked gas. So when the other burners lit, their was an explosion in my face that could of led too serious burns. There were minimal and very old towels that were less than comfortable. The checkout process was less than accommodating and condescending upon replying to me. Paul
Very convenient location. Would stay again.
This place is literally 3 mins from Heavenly, which would be great if I came while there was snow. However, the bad part (dromroll)…it’s small or cozy as some would say; the master bedroom bed is extremely hard and we literally could not sleep on it; there is a bunk bed in the children’s room and the bottom bunk was extremely hard too, but the top was comfrey (at least that’s what my daughter said); the kitchen is great, comes with almost everything, but do not count on receiving free coffee/tea; you’ll have to drive down the road to get it from the corner store - oh’ and you have to buy it in a cup; the shower has lifting on the bottom seal, which may cause molding (maybe that will be fixed when some else’s stays). Not a terrible place to stay, but they do need improvements.
Very clean, comfortable and well equipped condo.
If I could give a 3 1/2 star rating, that would be more accurate for our experience. Overall, the home was very pleasant and the upgrades were very well done- the furnishings, appliances and beds were in excellent condition. We loved the quiet outer surroundings- we did hear a lot of activity/noise from the upstairs occupants, however. Unit is located on second level of structure which includes many stairs and a slight hike for access. Keep this in mind when packing food, recreational equipment and luggage. Plan accordingly as the washer/dryer unit is very small and can only accommodate small loads. Some troubleshooting was needed to operate unit- for example, the dryer does not turn off when opened. Kitchen was stocked with salt, pepper, sugar, liquid dish soap and dishwashing detergent. Plan to bring coffee, spices, flour/baking goods, and other basic cooking staples. During our the majority of our stay, the adjacent road and parking lot were resurfaced and painted. We had to move our vehicle early each morning as we didn't know which areas were being repaired/painted. The only way to get information was by talking to neighbors and/or waking up early to speak to construction employees. On the morning of check out, we had to haul our belongings approximately 100-150 yards to our vehicle due to the closure of the closest parking lot. The ordeal created a lot of confusion and frustration for us. The pool/hot tub area is smaller and needs updating. Overall, we enjoyed the home and the surroundings but our experience wasn't quite as satisfying.
