Spend a memorable day in St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city which offers living history museums, Gilded Age hotels, specialized air and sea tours, and amazing food that you can't find anywhere else. Or, you could take A1A south to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk with its plentiful shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment.

Babies do count toward the occupancy maximum at this rental. The Ocean Hammock HOA strictly enforces an eight-person maximum for each reservation, and non-compliance will result in eviction.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was a great location to stay. Super clean, easy beach access with pet friendly beach, beautiful heated pool/ hot tub and full exercise room
Check in was great, space was roomy and perfect for our needs. My biggest complaint was questionable cleanliness. Every ac vent was VERY dusty, so much there was dust on the ceiling by every vent. The bathrooms had mold in the shower- both on the door in the primary and on the shower curtain in the 2nd. The large wonderful porch was nice but it very clean, including the bucket with a dirty mop— if the floor were mopped with that mop— eww.
Overall the property was great. The only thing I would change is to let the guest know where the amenities of the community are located.
Cinnamon Beach is a great location in which to stay in. The amenities in the community are wonderful! Lots of great restaurants nearby. Although at first glance our unit seemed clean, we had some issues with mold especially in the master bath. Furnishings were older and in need of updating, and not as comfortable for our long term stay. The kitchen was well stocked but again certain things needed replacement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We had to make a last minute change of plans due to hurricane and tropical storm but werre not disappointed in our selection! The only recommendations I have is that the vents and ceiling fans could have been cleaned. Probably wouldn't have bothered most people but when you have family members with allergies it can be a problem...that's why I gave cleanliness a 4, otherwise the unit was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked but could use some newer cookware! I really appreciate the property manager being so prompt in delivering more towels to our unit! Overall, this was a 5 star vacation for our family!

It’s spacious and looked clean, however, there’s a roach problem and the spider went all over the balcony not cool. Please fix it and we might consider coming back and telling our friends and family about you.

Great location. Quiet. We only got to spend 2 nights here but very easy check in, condo was clean, and very spacious. Kitchen had all the amenities. The community pool and grill was only a 5 min walk. Beach is right across the street. Balcony off the back overlooked a lake with a lot of wildlife. Perfect for our family of 5 but could easily accommodate more. I would recommend or stay again.
