Dog Friendly, Golf Course Frontage with Panoramic Views!

The property is really neat. Everything was very comfortable. We loved that the kitchen had everything you’d need to make meals and drinks. We only stayed overnight, but it was much nicer than an hotel.

I struggle writing unfavorable reviews, but our stay here was very rough. The house was terribly unclean with blood and hair inside the sheets (the sheets had not been changed or washed) a dirty Kleenex shoved under a pillow in the master bed, the carpet had stuffing (maybe from a torn up dog toy) strewn about and leftover Christmas wrap sticking out from under the couch. The dining chairs were fabric and we sticky from food. The kitchen floor had sticky dark goo in spots where spills hadn't been mopped. It was by far the dirtiest VRBO stay I've ever had. And I go a couple times a year. The spare room bed is very old and hard and pillows are flat and need replacing. The vacuum was partially broken (explaining the carpets not being clean), as we tried to clean when we got there so we could get comfortable. Batteries were dead in 2 of the 3 remotes. There are rugs on the hard wood in the bathrooms and in the kitchen that aren't anti-slip and my elderly parents almost went down more than once so we had to put them up. It was just a very difficult stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Host did offer to send a cleaning crew over the next day, but we had already spent the evening and morning washing bedding and cleaning up.

The location, Check-in and communication was great. We loved having the Sharc passes and the bikes that were provided, as well. Overall, there were quite a few things that needed to be more clean, such as the bbq, dishes, floors. The place is dated which isn’t an issue, but things like the carpet in the bedrooms had a smell.

Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was spacious with all the pots and pans you’ll need and lots of coffee carafes, too. We prepared dinner one night and it was very easy and seamless.

We had an emergency back home and had to leave the property 2 hours after check in. We didn't expect not to pay for the stay but we did inquire about the possibility of a reduced cleaning fee since we had not slept in any beds or used the kitchen. We never got a response regarding this request - it was simply ignored. I recognize this was an exceptional situation, but in my view, it does illustrate their approach to customer service - or lack thereof.

Needed a home base for our time here property worked well. Everything in order, clean, basic and functioned as we needed and wanted jt to for this stay.

This unit is wonderful! Great location and plenty of space for our family of 5 and doggo! Super clean and comfortable beds. No worries about no AC, it was hot outside and the home stayed plenty cool (keep windows closed during the day) We would definitely stay here again.

It was our first time to sunriver and place was perfect. Had everything we needed.

It was a great VRBO for our stay. The only thing I would suggest for winter use of this house is don’t show the upstairs in pictures. It was blocked off when we got there, no access, so that was a bit shocking, as all the pictures showed an upper level otherwise everything lived up to expectations and more. We will definitely use this property management in the future.

We rented this place for two specific reasons. Super close to mall. Just a short walk to eat and shop. But mostly we love the old fashion fireplaces. We had cozy fires every day and every night. Makes for good social hour and board games & cards with the kids!
