The kitchen was clean. The bathroom drains do not drain. The showers leak and the couch was broken at the bottom. The outside furniture was also broken. One positive was the ability to walk to downtown.
Room was big enough. Kitchen was usable. Laundry machines were good but there was no soap to start the sheets. Loved the workout room and pool area. Floors, bathrooms (specifically the toilets and tubs) were dirty. No broom, vacuum or mop. Beds were very uncomfortable, too hard. Patio was filthy (table ready to break). The hallway carpet was filthy. Neighborhood is questionable.

This place was perfect for the four of us. It’s an $8 Uber to downtown and walking to the gulch eateries. It just needs a few more things in the kitchen but all in al it was perfect
This was a fantastic location for our family of 5. The condo was quiet and check in instructions were clear and concise. This is a corner unit where we were able to enjoy our coffee on the balcony. As stated, the location was great and easily accessible to downtown and great restaraunts. We will definitely return to this location in the future. Thank you!
Very Clean, Very nice security and workers, apartment was really nice. Near the Gulch and lots of restaurants. Short Uber ride to Broadway and all of the trendy places. Will book again when we come to Nashville :)
Everything was great. I have only one suggestion. Please use better grade paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper. It would have been nice to be able to have a later checkout or somewhere to keep our luggage as our flight was later in the afternoon. Other than that, it was all good!
