This quiet, dog-friendly suite at the Oceanside Inn is a wonderful respite from real life for up to six people - perfect for a small family, three couples, or a group of friends hitting the beach and looking to get away from it all.
Located about two hours from Portland, and only nine miles from Tillamook and its famous dairy farms, this cozy beach inn offers guests classic amenities like WiFi, cable, and a DVD player, plus immediate access to a gorgeous stretch of beach.
Get cozy in the living space on comfortable furniture, or cook as a group in the full kitchen. Eat by the window for amazing views, or head outside to the shared patio space to enjoy the sounds and smells of the ocean.
Two bedrooms, each with queen beds, offers guests a chance to have some quiet time, nap time, or reading time alone or with their significant other. An extra futon in the living room spreads guests out as necessary and up to two furry friends may join you, for an additional nightly dog fee. There is a laundry room for your use on-site, and there are even three newly added electric vehicle charging stations - two for Teslas and one for other makes.
Whether you wander the coast, take a drive down the scenic byway, or stay on the deck the whole time with a book and a glass of your favorite beverage, this pristine room at the Oceanside Inn is sure to please.
*Please be aware that while this property does have a Verizon cell phone signal booster, cell service is infamously spotty in Oceanside - though two miles south in Netarts it tends to be more reliable. For your convenience, there is an outside phone available under the carport with free long distance if needed.
**Guests are encouraged to carpool, as there is very limited street parking available and the parking lot is small.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great place but parking was a challenge very tight spot and the cars there not parked at the correct angle. We got there late and got the last spot. Took us forever to get front door to lock and unlock but that was us just not pushing the lock hard enough according to my husband. No cell service. Great walk to beach they have a staircase but the main parking lot like 3 houses down. Bathroom on the small side. Bedrooms small no room for suitcases but we were there just one night. Charming decor. Wonderful patio overlooking beach. Free washer and dryer (thank you!!!!)
We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our needs.
Perfect location and views. Set up was good and beds were great.
Very nice, on second floor. Worked well for two couples.
This is a very pleasant small motel. Management has obviously paid a lot of attention to detail.
We stayed for our first time and are smitten. We just checked out today, but I’ll be looking at our family vacation calendars tomorrow to book future visits. My husbands only regret was he didn’t just sleep on the deck one night! This is truly an ocean front stay. Our grandchildren adventured for hours on what seemed like our own personal beach! Also I’d like to add, Roseanna’s cafe was perfect for morning coffee and delicious dinners. 5+ Stars! We are definitely going to be back!
The home was great but the scenery was fantastic!
The view was amazing and the common area deck is so romantic and such a great place to get cozy. The stairs down to the beach are rather steep so just be aware of that! Beach is wonderful and not too busy. The space had everything you’d ever need, nice little kitchen with coffee pot & pans, the rooms were small but perfect for sleeping. The shower was had great pressure however the liner needed to be replaced!
It went well except that we could not park in the lot making unloading the car from the street up the stairs a ROYAL pain. The blinds let a lot of sun in so don't plan to sleep after sunrise. Bring your own toiletries as you get small samples for two adults and 2 kids to share. No closets or any way to hang wet beach items either. Minimal towels, only 2 bath towels for 4 people. It is an ok place, but not as nice as he had expected.
The view was by far what you are paying for!! Beautiful view of the ocean!!
The location. The cleanliness.
This was such a fun little town and an awesome beach. The accommodations were nice enough and we loved being so close to the beach.
You feel good the moment you walk in. Even if it’s pouring down rain. And windy. And have to pee so bad it’s hard to walk..
The inside was cleaned, but one of the room was a smoking room before as I could smell the smoke. The check in time was really late at 4 pm and the check out time was 10 am. As we got home, I called them to mail out my pants which I left inside the bedroom and I would cover the mail cost. I was very sure that I left my pants on the bed, but I was told that I would be charged for $25 to look for my pants and then the delivery charge. Their main service is to get our money but not to service the guests. Very disappointed!!!
Even with the small bedrooms and limited view, it's a small little place, well appointed, clean with comfy beds. Great small kitchen. Units 1 and 8 are ocean view but the top units like ours 11, still could see ocean through front window. Great start. Parking is only challenge, but still was okay.
Easy beach access. Found lots of neat rocks. Tunnel interesting. Small 4 6 adults. Fun to sit on deck high above beach. Our first visit to Oceanside. Comfortable place to stay. Would return
This is a solid place to stay in Oceanside. It is a little expensive but the shared deck and access to a kitchen is worth it. Very dog friendly, the pet specific towels and food bowls were a nice touch. The inside is very clean and deck furniture is well maintained. The bedrooms are very small and lack room to have an open suitcase (even a carry on) or a small dog crate. The parking lot is tight and parking nearby is very limited which we were warned about ahead of time. Overall very easy to check in and out of, clean, amazing location. We’d stay here again.
Although we did not get check in detail (security info for door) in am as promised, sent text and received immediate response. Well stocked kitchenSalt and pepper. Limited restaurants. Beach traffic very low. Would definitely go to this unit again! Beds are very comfy!
We enjoyed our stay at Finley Rock #11. Fantastic view of Three Arches from the deck, and a great place to watch the sunset. We also loved having direct beach access and exploring the area. The unit is cozy but was precisely what we were looking for for our stay with 4 people. It was clean and has cute furnishings.
Very small. No space for suitcases in the bedrooms , so had to leave suitcases on the dining room table Got to be a lot of clutter with three adults. There is not parking for 1 free spot per unit like we were told and the TV has no directions, 3 remotes to fumble with and no batteries in the remotes. The views of the ocean were beautiful, just disappointed in the actual accommodations.
Loved this little gem right on the beach! I could see the ocean and 3 large rocks from the front window. Small but nicely decorated and stocked! Great for 2 adults, maybe a small child or two. Walked down stairs and onto the sand. Nicely priced. The only thing it could use more hooks to hand things on back of doors or somewhere to hand a hanger. Overall was nice and clean. Some bacon was left in the microwave was the only thing I noticed. Will book again!!
Our family of six found this to be a perfect space. Everything was clean and in good working order. We especially found the beach access useful. It's a big flight of stairs, but the views and the quick access to this quiet beach were great.
