Let’s just say I’ve stayed in many units over the years, but this one will be the ONLY one I book moving forward. It had EVERYTHING. We brought our 19 month old to the beach for the first time. I had stressed about all the things to bring for him like toys and beach necessities. Yall… they had everything! Stress free everything! The view was great, and the customer service of the property management was top notch. Checked in multiple times through our stay. Cannot say enough about this place!

Perfect location! We appreciated all of the beach supplies. I even left something for the next renters.

Beautiful Property

The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and just steps to the beach. The townhouse had everything our family could want: beach chairs, toys, cooking utensils, and plenty of space to spread out. Both the grandparents and grandkids enjoyed the comfort and convenience. A great spot for a relaxing family getaway!

While the location and beach access were fine, the property was NOT clean and coated with dust. All of the baths were caked with mold, and missing basic caulk for waterproofing in corners. The water damage was extensive. The first left bedroom up the stairs had noticeable water damage and a musty smell. We couldn’t use that entire bedroom during our stay, and sweat it out in bedroom 2 the entire time bc it had minimal airflow - no air coming from the vent. The advertised dedicated ice maker never worked (it seems at one point it leaked into the cabinet showing water damage signs), the outlet by the main tv just stopped working - great way to spend our vacation time fiddling with dead outlets. In addition, no hand soap in any of the baths, minimal paper products, and disorganized cabinets. The washing machine also didn’t work without leaving sludge on our clothes. It was missing the center agitator so we had to spray out our coated clothes and take our stuff to the beach laundromat which cost around 50. We paid a premium for this property, and surprise! Vacasa was no help from day 1. We sat on hold hours trying to get some help with some of these missing “amenities”. Finally, our last day, a worker on the unit next to us asked us to vacate the patio for the day bc they were scheduled to the jackhammer the balcony wall above us for 6-7 hours due to a defect and leak! It was scheduled via HOA for all properties one at a time, yet Vacasa let us book! Ruined our vacation. :(

This rental is absolutely perfect! Was great for our family spring break trip. The stroller was such a helpful addition for our daily walks. All the beach toys were great for our daughter and not to mention the extremely short walk to the beach. The apartment has so much room! We will definitely be back!

From start to finish our trip was AMAZING! Loved that all we needed to bring was our clothes and personal hygiene items. Everything else was already there for our use…even yeti cups which we got lots of use out of Our family also found the big kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed very nice Will definitely be recommending this lovely condo to our family and friends

Even though we experienced the historic snowstorm during our visit… it didn’t hamper our stay at this beautiful beachfront home. Breathtaking views! We saw dolphins swimming by from the living room. Really can’t beat the location. The home was roomy and comfortable. I would love to come back but maybe not during a snowstorm next time.

Wow wow wow ! Views ! Space !Coffee Bar ! The Loft is a great spot to wake up in ! The view is beautiful! Love living area ! 12 of us were able to sit an enjoy time together! A pretty of room for all ! Great family Hang Out ! We will b back

I've been coming to pensacola beach for the past 14 years. This is the first time we have stayed here. By far this is the best place to stay. Litterally 25 steps to the ramp and another 30 steps to the beach. Spacious as we had 6 adults and 1 2 year old.
