Stayed Dec 27, 2021We had a great time! The view of the beach and the water was amazing. The pool and hot tub were right downstairs, and everyone we saw was friendly. It is so hard to find a place that will let you bring your pup, too!

Stayed Jul 2, 2020The condo layout and view were great, however we arrived to a condo that was dirty and AC that didn’t work properly. The property Mgr did have a cleaning service come out to clean and someone came to change the AC filter. Unfortunately, this didn’t fix theAC problem. A service call to the AC company was made and he didn’t come until later the next day (now the 6th day of our vacation). We also let them know that all of the umbrellas by the pool had no pins to keep the umbrella up so we were all using STICKS! Safety issue. I called VRBO twice who punted to Vacasa who, after 35 minutes on hold, said he really couldn’t do anything, it was up to the property manager. When I asked if I could speak with the manager’s manager, he responded “no we don’t give that information out”. There are MANY other choices in Seagrove-I would steer clear of Vacasa.

Stayed Nov 28, 2019Great location, pool and tennis court. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to minor things I noticed while staying there...dusty drapes with cobwebs, built up dirt in corners of flooring in bathrooms and kitchen. It just needs a good deep cleaning. Building is angled and blocks some of ocean view. But, it is just steps away to be right on the beach.
