Very close to the beach

Had a great stay here over the Christmas holidays. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, nicely appointed and conveniently located near my sister's home.And having the unit provide towels and bed linens saved us from lugging more items. Bringing 2 dogs was already enough!Would defintely rent again!!!

My room did not overlook the beach and I had to go out of my way to see the beach, which was OK but I decided not to bring my dogs because I knew they would drive me crazy because they love the beach so I will take them back another time

only issues were lock on door, had to put in number 2 to 3 times before door would open.

This apartment is a good little stay. It is basic, not luxury, but a great location for access and proximity to the beach. Very much appreciate the allowance of pets. The porch was a perfect perch for my poodle to watch the world go by - and it was an active area!

We had the best week with our daughter and pups! Cannot beat the location!

Close to the beach

We stayed for a couple nights on a mini vacation and we had a great time. The location was perfect for us with two little dogs. The condo was comfortable and clean. I did communicate back and forth with Vacasa which was a little tricky. The description on the website and also a sign was posted in the condo that beach essentials were accessible including beach chairs. One reason why we didn’t bring ours. However, after multiple emails back and forth the chairs were not included. We went and bought our own but had we known we would’ve taken ours. Only recommendation would be to update this information in the description and in the condo for future renters. Otherwise, our stay was perfect and will return.

Our stay was fantastic. Its a cute place with a view of the ocean. The one detractor was that it could have been cleaned a little better,cas there was dog hair on the couch and floor.

Stayed here for a quick weekend escape from reality. Place was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for what we needed. Would definitely book again.

The location was definitely nice right next to the beach. Keep in mind you are no where close to the boardwalk. I may not have noticed in the picture that the one queen sized bed was up against a wall. I had to crawl into bed as my spouse was already asleep on the side that you can get in and out easily. Also had to crawl out when I had to get up at night which is not ideal. The living room was great. Love the big couch. TV stations were weird and I couldn’t for the life of me find a volume control. We had to strain at times to hear the TV. Overall for a weekend stay it was nice. Not thrilled about the 10:00 check out after a late 4pm check in just be aware.

The proximity to the beach was priceless plus you could see the ocean from the balcony. The condo overall was really nice. Just a few things that could use attention but nothing was a deal breaker by any stretch. We appreciated the starter kit and decent towels and sheets. We would definitely book this condo again.

Wonderful condo located close to beach access. Clean, comfortable beds. Perfect for a couple or small family. We already booked our next stay!

Unit needs upgrades .

The propery is very cozy and close to the beach entrance. Everything was very clean and organized.

Our second time here. Great location and some nice improvements from last year Floors could have been cleaner and a screen door would be nice on the patio Otherwise great!

This was not a huge place but we stayed on the patio when we were there only used unit to sleep Loved, loved the location So So perfect.

This place was great. It is steps to the beach and on a quiet OC street. Perfect place for a small family!

Although small it was a nice place to stay for three. Great front porch with ocean view.

There should be some written instructions for the property. I had to search between email and texts to try and figure things out. We didn't need the laundry room, but if we did no idea where it was or how to get in. Most places have a nice written book on rules and how to find things

We had a wonderful stay the last weekend dogs were allowed on the beach this season. The condo is perfectly located, just as pictured, and clean!!!

Very happy with our stay! Super close to the beach access. Great to be able to bring the fur babies with us. The cleaning crew must have had the door open before we arrived because there were flies everywhere in the condo. Had to go purchase fly swatters right away to get rid of them. Also the super long door code was a bummer every time we had to open the door. Try a shorter one since it gets changed with every rental! Enjoyed ourselves greatly.

A sweet place - Tastefully decorated, the little travel welcome pack was a nice touch. Also liked that there were accounts for Netflix, Prime, Max, etc., already loaded on the television so we didn't have to dig out passwords. Some of the dishes were a little worn and/or broken, but I like to cook, so for those who don't plan to, this is a minor inconvenience. There was a pet odor when we walked in, but otherwise the place was clean, and we used candles which helped mask the smell. Since it is pet friendly, it didnt bother us much. Excellent location, very quiet. For our early Spring visit, it worked out quite well.
