DL403 Tranquility Shore by First Flight Rentals

Loved the view. The condo could use to be updated. It did not seem like it had been updated in quite some time. We did have issues with some of the power connectors.

The property was great, very quiet, high enough to always see the beach and close to the attractions I wanted to visit like the National Seashore, Manteo and Alligator River Preserve. We had a great time

The property was exactly as listed. Quiet, great views and pet friendly! I would definitely stay there again!

Convienent condo with lovely view. Well equipped kitchen and easy beach access. We would return.

Great view of ocean and nicely located for getting to the beach.

Favorite spot was sitting on balcony with my coffee or wine.

Had great view from 4th floor and spent a lot of time out there- it was nicely furnished-very convenient to the beach- needs a little updating in kitchen and bathrooms- dryer did not work all week due an electronic issue, and elevator was out of service the last day which made packing up to leave difficult. The rental agent was wonderful and attentive and readily available- would definitely rent from the agent again All in all an enjoyable week!

Good property on a good beach. Nice four-star place, but doesn’t quite make five stars. Nothing wrong with it, just not really exceptional. I was prepared to be angry, and to downgrade my rating based on how stingy they said they were going to be with basic things like toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, etc. Turns out they had a few more things than they said they would. I still want to go on record as objecting to this policy, however. I understand it is customary in this part of the country (it’s not in other areas), but still it comes across as stingy and unwelcoming, and makes you wonder if they think their guests are toilet paper thieves or something. If it was my place, I would increase the rent just a little bit to cover the cost, and then stock it with all the things that no one wants to have to buy for a brief stay, and then leave most of it behind.

The ocean view and proximity to beach are wonderful. The heating system is really loud when it comes on making sleep in the bedroom with twin beds problematic. It even makes the tv hard to hear. The condo would benefit from a good vacuum to get rid of dust, sand and dog hair.
