Great location! The condo is located next to most outdoor activities.

Only gave 4 stars on the property's general condition because a) The primary TV doesn't really work, and b) the water heater is on a switch, but that switch is not labelled leading us to have cold water for a night.Two very small issues that I mentioned to management and I'm sure they will fix it promptly. Otherwise loved the property and had a great time!

Kitchen was well stocked, however I'm glad I brought coffee grounds and filters for the Mr. Coffee maker. Owner had a large library of classic movies/most on VHS, however we could not get the VHS player to work and watched a DVD instead. Parking at Mammoth is chaotic; I paid $30 for preferred parking at Canyon lodge on day one, then shuttled my family on day two from the condo and walked the steep hills in my ski boots (10-12 mins) back to meet them. I'd do that again, but its a workout!

The wood stove was easy to use and worked great. The kitchen refrigerator definitely needs to be replaced. It it very loud. The bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower had a few issues with the sliding door.

We came to explore Mammoth by foot and bike, and this place delivered. The location, description of the condo, and expectations were both helpful and clear. We enjoyed ourselves and plan to come back. Comfy beds and first floor access made it doubly nice.

Down the street from lakes. Beds are comfortable. Place was clean and fully furnished with everything you'll need to have a comfortable stay. Thanks again

I wish I could give a good review bc the location was prime. But the place itself was kinda dirty, smelled odd, and didn’t have any fans or AC. Also it was a pain in the butt to have to drive across town to pick the keys up and drop them off.
