One of the nicest places to stay in Tahoe, great location, close to everything we need. Nice unit with unique decorations! Big enough for 4 of us. Well equipped kitchen, nice to have a large pot for cooking pasta. Need to bring your own spices, including cooking oil and salts. Two beds up in loft are kind of small for my 6-ft boys; should be good for little ones. Small bathroom. Shower curtain is too short to keep water in, flooding the bathroom with each shower. NICE Vacasa staff. Thumb up to them. Good experience with them.

This is a lovely property. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the location cannot be beat! The beach is a less than 5 minute walk from the front door. Heavenly Village and the casinos are a very short drive - maybe 5 minutes - and walkable if you so desire. The property management company was responsive and easy to communicate with. We recommend this property.

This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). It was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed. The management company was responsive and easy to deal with. The location of the property is ideal! The walk to the beach from the front door is less than 5 minutes. Heavenly Village is a short drive as are the casinos. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This is a great unit in a great location. Very convenient that it is located in town near to just about anything you might need. The community amenities were nice and it has a small private beach, which is a huge plus. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an affordable place to stay around Lake Tahoe! Just a couple of things I’d add to make a stay here even nicer - In the summer turn on the air conditioner prior to a guest arrival. It was extremely hot when we arrived. Our boys had to sleep on the couch because we couldn’t cool it down enough for them to be comfortable in the loft the first night we were there. A few fans throughout the unit would be very helpful (and a ceiling fan in the bedroom) to get the air circulating, as the air conditioner is quite small. We did end up stepping on several carpet tacks where the carpet meets the kitchen tile - ouch! Also, the unit could use more dishes. We had to take turns eating breakfast since there were only two small bowls. Some storage containers would be great as well. To future renters - make sure to add seasonings, coffee filters, etc. to your grocery list, as there is none of that left there from previous renters. Overall we had a very nice stay, though, and would absolutely stay here again!
