This coveted 3-bedroom, 3-bath corner villa (Unit H4) is truly special. With 1,725 square feet of living space, windows on three sides, and a serene, private location, you'll feel relaxed the momentyou arrive. Step onto the shaded lanai to enjoy tranquil golf course views, or walk across the street to the resort-style pool and BBQ area.

Inside, high ceilings and light-filled rooms are adorned with elegant koa wood furnishings and a curated collection of original Hawaiian art—so striking, it feels like a private gallery. The fully stocked kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for preparing meals with local ingredients and enjoying them in the island breeze through wide sliding doors.

At day's end, retreat to one of three private bedrooms, each with its own bath. The primary suite occupies the upper floor and includes a king bed, en-suite with soaking tub and walk-in shower, a loft office space, and its own lanai. Also upstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed and private bath. Downstairs, a third bedroom offers another queen bed and a separate full bath.

A short walk across the street also brings you to the Queens' Marketplace Shopping Village, where you can procure a Starbucks fix, browse one-of-a-kind boutiques, and gather dinner ingredients at the gourmet shops or weekly farmers market. Anaeho'omalu Bay Beach (A-Bay for short), with its pristine waters, turtle sightings, and lovely sunsets, is a 5-minute drive from the villa. Waikoloa Beach Resort located about 19 miles north of Keahole-Kona Airport. This village surrounded in Lava provides visitors with a variety of activities, and known as one of Hawaii's most dazzling oceanfront resorts and for good reason, it's just a short walk from the pristine turquoise waters of Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay), where you'll spot turtles sunning on the lava rocks that jut from the white sand. As part of Waikoloa Resort, your stay includes access to Waikoloa's on-site restaurants, shopping and, of course, championship golf (memberships can be purchased from the courses themselves). Stroll the Kings Shops or the Queens' Marketplace, or discover Hawaiian history at the petroglyphs, accessed via a walking trail at Waikoloa.

Waikoloa is centrally located on the island making it easy to travel and explore the north, south and east side of the island.

    We enjoyed our stay. Unit is well kept and well appointed. Artwork is amazing. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Location is great. Easy to get to the north, west and south sides. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

    Leilani Kei (H4) is exactly what is written by others from the reviews and pictures. A Beautiful, clean condo with comfy beds and pillows that had nice quality sheets. An extremely well stocked kitchen with oil & spices for making our delicious dinners. Great selection of utensils and cookware too. The art throughout the home represented the island’s history and added pleasure to our time when we were home. There is a regular coffee maker & an electric tea kettle. There is also a rice cooker there. We appreciated the water filter pitcher in the fridge which we used daily for clean water. We had 2 families, so the downstairs bedroom worked great for me and my husband with our own bathroom. Upstairs, our daughter and husband had their own bed, bathroom and lanai. The teens shared a bed and had their own bathroom which gave everyone their own space. If the owner ever wanted to change things, I would suggest putting 2 twin beds instead of a queen, but it was fine! We had some frustration trying to figure out the TV in the downstairs bedroom which is not a smart TV, but we figured it out. The main TV was very good. I suggest to add more beach towels to your inventory, there were 3 and 3 fabric mats. But, the manager, Adriana came to our rescue with 3 of her own beach towels. Thank Adriana! We loved sitting in the patio with a gorgeous view of the lush grounds. The condo is less than a 1 minute walk to the pool/hot tub & great BBQ area. Great trip! Mahalo, Jenny

    The host was very helpful and communicated thoroughly before and during our stay. The home was clean, well appointed, had everything we needed, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The location is great with so many wonderful shops nearby and several restaurants as well. The golf course was also great for my family who did golf there one day. I would definitely stay here again.

    We enjoyed the location and easy access to the Kings and Queens shops, walking routes and the A beach. The unit was quiet and the layout of the lanai and gardens gave it a secluded feel. The pool was great for our 3 year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay there again.

    The condo was great and just like the pictures showed. It was close to thing to walk to. Our boys liked it because it was like being at home in their own beds. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely get the condo on the corner where there is more room.

    Came with husband, toddler, sister and her son. The three bedroom layout was great for us so the little toddler could have his own room to nap in - two suites upstairs and one queen bedroom downstairs for my sister and her son to sleep in, bathroom outside the room. Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 2 children, along with a helpful Hawaiian nanny. Used the dining table inside for all three meals each day.... Placemats are in the buffet on the wall (didn't find those until the last day lol). Even though 74 was the lowest the AC can be set to, we were very comfortable at 74 and sometimes turned it up to 76. Queen's marketplace had most things we needed and when it didn't, Waikoloa Village wasn't far which had a KTA store for other grocery necessities. A-Bay was a very quick drive every morning with easy parking. We left some sandcastle making stuff in the lanai closet for the next guests, along with a few step stools and a toddler booster seat. We hope those can be of use to other families! All in all everything was clean and we mentioned a couple very small maintenance issues to the PM who said they'd take care of them! They care and I'm sure you'll have a great stay too!

    We have stayed at WBV before in a 2 bed 2 bath. We like the WBV managers Theresa and Cynthia. When LUVA could not get a second parking pass, the WBV managers arranged something for us. The condo is very comfortable, well equipped and maintained. It is clear this is a special place for the owners. LUVA gave us all the supplies we needed during our stay: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry sheets, etc. We bought more trash bags because we take it out every night. We alerted LUVA to some issues with slow drains, lightbulbs out, but they were not urgent. The microwave went out in the second week but their handy person was not able to come by. It was inconvenient to heat up the stove and wash pans but I will reach out to see if LUVA will offer some discount because it was offered but not available all the time. Full supply of beach and snorkel equipment. It was a wonderful time where we sailed flowers in the ocean for my mom's passing. I'd rent this place again.
