Motorcycles must be registered with Guest Services at $50.00 per Motorcycle.
Each unit currently is allowed only two vehicles to park on site at any given time.
Motorcycles may park two/three Motorcycles in one space but still only two parking spaces per unit.
All Motorcycles, must park in the Pit Parking, which is located at the East end of the building.
No trailer is allowed to be parked on site.

    Wonderful condo. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great. Only downfall was the elevators were very slow. And we were not able to use the pool the whole stay. He was down for maintenance

    The master bedroom needs an updated bed frame as it doesn't even fit the mattress. The unit needs ceiling fans. Overall we had a great time.

    The unit was dirty, definitely needs a deep cleaning. The pictures of this unit are not current. The master bed is a metal frame on stilts, so if you are short, beware. The bath exhaust fan did not work, nor the master bed patio door. The furniture on the balcony is falling apart and hazardous. The balcony storage box was full of broken stuff, so we were unable to store our own. The bar stools were stained so bad, they required professional cleaning. The room size rug in the family room was a filthy falling apart tripping hazard, which was replaced during our stay. There were other issues also, some of which were addressed during our stay but certainly not timely. Worst of all, all our communications/complaints had to be handled thru emails. I left my phone number with every correspondence and they refused to ever call me. The beach and the view was beautiful, but I would never recommend or stay again.

    Condo is beautiful. I didn’t much care for the pests inside but. The alarms kept going off . It was just a lot of money on a room that we couldn’t fully enjoy ..This condo has a beautiful view of the pier .

    The property was located close to a lot of restaurants and the water park was within walking distance. We enjoyed our visit. The master bedroom bed was a little too high to get in especially for a 5’5” person. It was very comfortable!

    Thank goodness my son is young and could bring our luggage up the stairs. Slow elevator is an understatement. Dumbfounded there is one elevator for 18 floors. Only was able to catch one 2-3x the week we stayed. View was beautiful. I am only 5’4 so the master bed was very hard to get into, linens were nice and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Owner very responsive with a few questions I had. Agree with other reviews that the floors were extremely dirty. Didn’t see the point of mentioning that during our stay. Maintenance was sanding all of the doors most week so it was extremely loud. Not sure what months the pool is heated but it was too cold to use. There is no cabana bar that I saw. Water park does not open until the end of April. Trash needs vast improvement as the shoot was completely backed up the morning we left and the trash cans by the garage overflowing. Washer could use upgrading as the gasket was full of mold. I probably should have done more research on PCB and what we were looking for as I would have stayed closer to the Pier Park area that had more shopping and restaurants. Check in was easy and parking was easy also. The ice maker was a plus.
