This condo is in Cocoa Beach, about 4 blocks from the Ocean and the pool is located directly alongside the Inter coastal, Banana River. It is ground level and the Patio overlooks a New Marina and excellent bar and grill. All very centrally located, and within a simple short walk to Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Shopping, Rental Stores, RonJons, Dinosaur Museum, Boat Tours and More. It has a Queen bed in bedroom and Futon in the living area. Quiet and very beachy. The condo is equipped with the basics for living in comfort. There is an on-site laundry, Cable and WiFi.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is convenient to many good restaurants and attractions, and close to good shopping as well. The bed was very comfortable, and having Smart TV's was great. We will be there again sometime soon ...

The condo is a bit small for 2 adults and 2 young children but it was cozy! The location is amazing. Walking distance to many places we brought the kids! We took turns fishing on the back dock while the kids swam in the pool. Id definitely recommend this condo for anyone! Thanks a lot we had a wonderful stay.

Had a wonderful stay for 20 days in Feb 2019. Cozy condo, very clean and well supplied (beach chairs, cooler, wi-fi, cable, etc)! Condo is conveniently located in the Cocoa Beach area to beaches, restaurants, site-seeing. Walking distance to the famous Ron-Jon's - there they have a bike-share (Zagster) station - which makes getting around even more enjoyable. Owner was very accommodating and pleasure to work with.
