This unique condo is located in a beachfront resort on the world-famous West Coast of Maui between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Kahana Sunset fronts one of Maui's most romantic white-sand beaches, nestled in the protected Keonenui Bay, offering spectacular views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai.

This oceanfront property features 72 low-rise units tucked along peaceful Keoni Nui Bay, framed by lush tropical grounds, swaying palms,and open ocean views that feel quintessentially Maui. The shoreline here is natural and ever-changing, offering a raw, authentic island coastline rather than a manicured resort beach, where often, the only footprints you see are your own! A place to watch sea turtles cruise by, listen to the waves, and take in unforgettable sunsets.

Ocean conditions vary by season, as they do throughout Maui. Spring and summer often bring calmer waters, while winter months can see higher tides and more dynamic surf, which may impact swimming. Located just south of us is Kaanapali, with its world-famous golf courses and beaches, and Whalers Village shopping outdoor mall with restaurants and much more.

**Please note: Following recent storms, the association is scheduled to complete stabilization work near the A Building beginning around May 18th for a few weeks. While some minor daytime construction presence may be visible in certain areas of the larger property, your unit and building is not directly adjacent to the work and we do not anticipate any meaningful impact to your stay. For stays booked during May–June 2026, please be mindful of this notice when booking.
