Stayed Apr 27, 2024This villa was very nice and in a great location. It is right across the street from the ocean, Coligny Plaza and numerous restaurants. It is on the North side of the building, which is very quiet. The balcony is a very nice size and looks over trees. The 4th floor pool is great and very convenient. N. Forest Beach is a very walkable area which alleviates having to get in a car all the time.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023I have stayed at this property several times. I am always very comfortable there. After having stayed in several of the units in this complex I have found this one to be the best. It is decorated in a nice bright beach decor. Beds are comfortable. This is important to my husband and I. The unit is always clean and furniture up to date. The location is great. Often times we do not drive our car all week. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The pool is clean and never too crowded. I travel a lot. This is one of my most favorite places to visit. Staying in this unit is almost home to me.
