    Our host, Bernie, was very helpful with any issue that came up. He was always a phone call away and very responsive. The unit was clean and was exactly as advertised. Location location location! We had a very nice family trip over the New Year Holiday with the best views of the red torch run and fireworks. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and was ideally located with incredible views of Breck. Other than going out for groceries, we did not need to use our car. Restaurants, shops, health club, pool, ski rentals were a short walk away. Bernie was very communicative and helpful with recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!

    This property is amazing. It's very spacious, clean, the view from the balcony is stunning. The check-in process is very simple, the lockboxes to get your keys are right there on the property. They also have an app you can download and the keys are right there on your phone. Since my photo of the view shows a crane, I will just note that there is some construction but it was not loud and didn't bother us at all.

    Our family was very pleased with the condo. The views were spectacular and the property was very clean. Also the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. We enjoyed the security of the building, pool, hot tubs, gym and easy access to all the wonderful restaurants and shops that the town has to offer. In addition, since we did not have a rental car we found the Epic Mountain Express shuttle was convenient to drop us off and pick us up to get to the Denver airport. We would highly recommend this property to any friends and family.Also thanks Bernie for being so prompt with any and all communication.

    This condo was fabulous - the layout, the supplies, the location and the attentiveness of the owner/manager. We easily got an early check in and late check out with no extra fee. Walking distance to quicksilver lift and also into town. Bernie responded quickly to my texts/questions. And beds comfortable with an updated kitchen. One thing to note is that it is only ski in and ski out if peak 9 is open so be aware for spring bookings. Peaks 9 and 10 closed the day after our arrival so we took the bus to peaks 7 and 8. Not ideal but also not hard to do.

    This is a great condo at Peak 9 - easy walking distance to the lifts. Boot up at the house and walk across to Quicksilver to start your day. Great 2-bedroom condo, well-appointed with everything you need from bedding to cooking. Great communication with the Owner, easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend.

    Best location building in the Village so location can't be beat. Location: ARoom: B-Cleanliness: B- (mineral stained shower heads and a slow bathroom sink are probably the biggest offenders)Its a fine room but I've stayed in another condo in the Villages and it was much nicer and recently updated. A family member was staying in the next building over and the room was much nicer.It's probably a matter of how nice you expect the room to be. The reviews overall are so good on VRBO that my expectations were higher for the room so that lead to some disappointment.The owner (Bernie) was great to deal with and always helpful.Overall, its a good enough room and didn't hamper our trip in anyway. Just moderate your expectations of the actual room and you'll be good to go. Note - I'd still pick this room over a super nice room that was 500 yards away from the slopes so location really is a key factor when choosing for a ski trip.

    We have stayed at numerous locations in the area of Breckenridge & Keystone for several years. This specific property is by far the most convenient location we have ever stayed at. Communication from our host Bernie was phenomenal. The condo and all amenities were clean and well stocked!The only two suggestions I have for this property would be to change out the mattresses for more comfortable ones and install FULL shower doors instead of the half glass partitions that allow water to flow out onto the floor.Otherwise, EXCEPTIONAL location and amenities!

    This condo is comfortable, clean, well equipped, and quiet with a fantastic view of the mountain. Enjoyed a quick walk to the ski lift every morning, easy downtown access, wonderful amenities with hot tubs, pool, locker rooms, game room, and comfortable access from the heated garage. A warm fresh fire in the fireplace every day with dry wood available in the heated garage was a fantastic treat after skiing our family of four Christmas vacation was simply wonderful and memorable! Bernie was available with any of our immediate needs and/or suggestions. We could not have asked for a better holiday vacation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    The condo was clean, had great views and the location was perfect. It’s close to town and easily walkable to most of the places we needed to go. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive which we really appreciated. I would have given 4.5 stars if it was available. The only reason for the loss of a star was that we had to get a handyman in to fix the garbage disposal which should have been picked up during normal maintenance as the water was backing up in the kitchen sink and the disposal would not turn on. It was fixed shortly after reporting it.

    We loved our stay at this property! Great location (right around the corner from the French bakery!) and spectacular 7th floor views of the mountains around Breckenridge. I highly recommend this property for your family stay in the area.
