This 300 sq. ft. studio is best suited for 2 adults and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults.

The space can host up to 4 guests only if the group includes 2 adults and 2 small children. 4 adults would be too tight, so please consider the compact size when booking to ensure a comfortable stay.

[HOUSE RULES]
☞By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all house rules, additional rules, and disclosures listed.

1. NO SMOKING
• Bogue Shores is a non-smoking community. Smoking is permitted only at the marked Designated Smoking areas.
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all common areas within the community.
•A minimum $200 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. Additional charges for deep cleaning, damage, or disruption to future reservations may apply.

2. PET POLICY
• NO PETS per the HOA Rules.
• Unapproved animals are not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund and/or a $200 additional fee.

3. PARKING PASS & KEYS
☞One (1) parking pass is provided. A second pass may be arranged prior to your stay for $25.
• Parking passes must be clearly displayed at all times. Vehicles without a pass are subject to towing.
• Parking passes are HOA-controlled items. A $200 fee applies for any lost or unreturned passes.

☞Guests are responsible for all keys.
•$100 lockout fee | $50 lost key replacement fee
• Lockouts occurring between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM will require the guest to arrange and pay for a locksmith.

4. OCCUPANCY POLICY
• Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. No unregistered guests are permitted.
•The base rate includes up to 2 guests. There is a $15/night fee for each additional guest.
•All guests (including children) must be included in the reservation prior to check-in.

5. SUBLEASING is not permitted. Reservations may not be reassigned without prior written host approval. A valid photo ID matching the reservation name may be required.

6. Guests agree to accept full responsibility for themselves and all occupants during the stay, including any damages, violations, or fees incurred.

7. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host, agent, property management, Bogue Shores HOA, and Board of Directors from claims or damages arising from their stay.

9. The host, owner, or authorized representatives may enter the unit during reasonable hours for inspections, maintenance, or emergencies. Emergency and health/safety checks may occur without prior notice, similar to hotel practices.

    What a great place to vacation. The ocean is directly across the street and the room directly faced to sound. They even had a kayak launch making it so easy to get the kayaks in and out of the water. Facility location was also so close to everything we needed....restaurants, night life places, shopping, etc.

    Converted motel room to condo with the amenities needed for a beach trip. The check-in process was seamless and the space is very clean. Has a great walk-in tiled shower! There is no bathroom sink but the kitchen sink is located just outside the bathroom and does not deter from the overall use of the room/bathroom. Beach access is directly across the street. Perfect spot for single or couple.

    The poor review comes from fact that we paid over $300/night for a place that didn’t have a sink in the bathroom, the vent fans were very dirty, and generally the room was a little disappointing for the price we paid. There are building lights on the wall directly outside of the unit that stay on all night and no curtains to block out the light, so it was very bright when trying to sleep. 1 star for the actual room. We also had family staying at other units in the same building that were less money (I’m talking $100+ less per night) but markedly better quality. When we arrived, the microwave was broken and the shower didn’t drain BUT I will give management credit that they fixed those things immediately upon messaging them. So the 3 star review is primarily because the the location is ideal… directly across from beach access, view of the sound and a great community of people there but I’d highly recommend looking at other properties in the building for a better accommodation at fairer prices.

    The room was nice, small, just like it says in the listing but it’s really all you need for a stay at a beautiful location. Who wants to be in the room anyway? The beach was not overcrowded which was amazing for such a nice area. The room is centrally located to go out to eat or shop or do local attractions. My only complaints would be the comfiness of the beds, some dishes seemed dirty when we got there, and the dehumidifier would set off an alarm in the middle of the night.
