Direct Oceanfront Corner Unit with Stunning Views – Just Steps from the Beach!

Beautiful place to stay! Right on the beach, we woke up every morning to the most amazing ocean sunrises! We would stay there again

#1 tv cable boxes were not working Roku remote missing in second bedroom. Maintenance man connected new Ruko boxes to master room and living room for us. Note: this should have been noticed and repaired before our check in#2 master room window badly compromised visibility. Bad moisture problem between glass. Needs replacement #3 living room ceiling fan one speed#4 AstroTurf dog areanot all dogs will use AstroTurf turf#5 exterior screen panel on slider torn#6 several interior door hinges rusting. #7 second bedroom closet door out of track#8 kitchen sink water faucet does not stay in holder

The views and proximity to the beach were amazing!! The fact that everything was amply provided, and we didn't need to bring anything was so convenient. So clean. The beds were great. We really had such a good time!! Thank you so much!! I hope to stay longer next time!!

This property was exactly as listed. Bright and clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the air conditioner malfunctioning but the property manager efficiently managed the issue despite it occurring over Thanksgiving. I will definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing. The condo is in the perfect location in the complex. Ocean front and right next to the pool. The ocean was pretty rough the week we were there but it made the sound of the waves crashing that much better. My pup loved it too. The dog areas are not much, especially for bigger dogs, and the beach in front of the condo is not pet friendly... but you have to walk down some stairs to the actual beach area, so there is a sandy area at the top to the side of the condo where we walked him and he chased crabs and had fun. Even explored in the sea grape forest LOL. There is also an excellent dog park you can take your dogs to that's only about 10 minutes away as well as a dog friendly beach. For the dog park you have to have your pup's up to date vet records and it's $3.00 per day for up to 3 dogs. In all our stay was amazing. Management is very prompt to answer questions and address concerns and the unit was very clean. We will definitely be visiting again!

The location is awesome, directly on the beach and close to stuff in the area. However, the first floor location means a fairly obstructed view from the patio, with tall fencing surrounding the unit's patio and additional fencing surrounding the pool deck. This wouldn't be the case with a unit on the 2nd floor or above, only on the ground floor. Also, the mattresses in the unit could use updating, especially in the 2nd bedroom where there are two beds. The kitchen is nice (though it lacked coffee, coffee filters, and oil, three things I count on with a kitchen unit) and we were able to cook stuff easily. The space is comfortable and plenty large.
