Stayed Dec 27, 2025Fantastic place on the beach with great views and great amenities! Position of pool is perfect, water was refreshing temp. Beach view from master is such a bonus! Condo is fully equipped. Nicely stocked kitchen, lots of beach tools and toys. We used the Pickleball /tennis courts every day and loved it. Host was welcoming. If I had to mention anything, I would only say bring your own beach towels, cuz pool towels provided are terrible. And this unit is mostly dark carpet but there was no vacuum. (I borrowed from a neighbor several times). This unit could use paint, floor and decor updates - it’s tired. But we spent most of our time outside anyway, and all the great amenities were worth it. We would stay here again. We love the Cocoa Beach area!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025It was not crowded, the oceanfront view was incredible, and the condo was brilliantly stocked with everything you’d need for a great beach vacation! The condo was bigger than I expected! We’ll definitely be back!
