We had the most wonderful time! Highly recommend staying here! We loved the view and the balcony was amazing! The kitchen had everything I needed, which is important as I like to cook on vacation. We got up early several mornings to watch the rocket take-offs - it was magnificent! Stacey was great to work with - she was very accommodating & fast response. Thanks again for a lovely vacation!

Other than another description of how great this condo is, I’ll mention a few other things. The kitchen absolutely stocked! Extra nice beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels. Many other extra items in storage which has easy access. Blackout curtains in bedrooms! Beautiful, quiet building. Great beach! Stacy is a wonderful host and communicates quickly. However, be sure to get a parking pass if you park in the basement. Bruno’s delivers great pizza and Caribbean Jacks has good seafood and fun for families.

Our family of 5 stayed two weeks around Christmas and New Year’s as a homebase while visiting extended family in Daytona. The sun-filled and spacious unit was even nicer than advertised and had many unexpected conveniences like pool towels, beach chairs, small kitchen appliances and tools (keurig and drip machines), and even cable TV. The unit was very clean, recently updated and is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The wifi was stable and strong facilitating remote work, and ample bandwidth for my teens to stream music, movies, and games. Stacy was responsive and helpful, even arranging a folding table and chairs for a workstation. Although I spent plenty of time working from the balcony which has great views especially of sunrises and New Year’s eve fireworks on the beach! Building occupants were friendly and quiet. The pool wasn't busy and the beach wasn't overcrowded either. We had a lovely stay and would stay again in the future.

This condo was perfect in every way imaginable. Beautiful view from 7th floor. High quality furnishings throughout. Large family area and 3 large bedrooms each with private bath. Everything needed in a kitchen. We took advantage of every feature available - hot tub, sauna, exercise room, pool table and gas grill.

We have stayed at a few different condo units at the Sherwin and your unit is by far the best! Very clean and updated unit with lots of room.

The condo was exactly as described if not better. The photos did not do it justice. It was clean, spacious and uncluttered. The view spectacular!!! The kitchen was exceptional, better stocked than our own. The beds very comfortable, the linens and towels plentiful. Everything you need for a home away from home. The condo building was clean and well maintained. Stacy was a joy to deal with. Any concerns were dealt with immediately. We hated to leave and are already anticipating our return next year.

Great property that met all our needs... great location... seconds from pool and beach... everything one needs for both... location is great... get to any part of the surrounding area in 30 minute drive... lots of stuff in walking distance too... loved this place...
