Stayed May 23, 2025it was like being right on the beach without the sand! Memorial Weekend was a bit chilly, so we didn't venture to the beach, however, we practically were right on top of it with this view. We sunbathed with our mimosas on the balcony, and listened to the loud crashing waves from inside! We cooked breakfast everyday, had everything we needed. We brought our own sheets, towels and paper products, but everything else was in the unit. I will return to this same unit for sure! I loved this place and fell in love with the crab figure! Thank you!

Stayed May 26, 2025Right on yhe boardwalk, walking distance to about everything. Even when the weather was not good, we could enjoy the balcony and only 5 minute drove or less to activities. Property was as expected, clean, easy checkin and check out process as well. We will definitely check if available when we visit ocean city again. Way better than a cramped hotel room!!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Clean and comfy condo right on the boardwalk at 12th. Not too close to the most crowded end, but not too far to walk everywhere. Great for a family of 4.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024This place waa next to perfect for my damily and I. The only thinf I didn't like had nothing to do with anything within the control of the owner. (The smokeshop downstairs got to be a bit much but was easily ignorable most times.) The location is great. The beach access is right in front of the house. My family and I plan to come back again. This was probably one of our favorite places we've rented so far.

Stayed Oct 7, 2023This condo was beautifully decorated and very well equipped with an abundance of dishes and pots and pans. Of course the boardwalk location is my absolute favorite. The condo was very clean. We had one small issue with the door keypad and the property manager returned our text in less than 5 minutes and the problem was fixed 2 minutes later. We were thankful and very impressed! Would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 2, 2023Place was very clean and had nice decor, but smaller.It is a great place for a couple or a small family, 3-4 people. Didn't like/hated the store front employees smoking in the hall by the elevators, a lot of the time.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023Our 35 wedding Anniversary is was an amazing relaxing vacation watching the sunrise is the morning and watching the waves. Got alot of great pictures. Thanks so much for the great room and veiw. Hope to come back next year .
