Stayed Oct 27, 2025The hostess was fine. The apartment was dirty. We had to wash the sheets and pillowcases that has stains on everything. Nothing was wiped down. Shower was dirty. No toilet paper stuff like that but I did enjoy the stay just didn’t like having to clean before we stayed.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view and sunrises from the condo. The condo itself is fine, but the cleanliness is poor, and the maintenance and organization of the cabinets and storage are disastrous. The key card didn't work at all; we had to request a replacement from the building office. The building has direct beach access, perfect for people who enjoy walking along the oceanfront.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Had amazing views of the water, sunrise and moonrise. Had a great view of fireworks off the pier. The balcony is on the perfect floor to be able to see your family on the beach/in the water but far enough up to not have all the noise.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay again. It was beautifully decorated, the furniture was well suited to the place, and the owner seems to care well for it. The attention to detail is fair- there are items for the beach, games in case of rain, and kitchen necessities are thoughtful. We were disappointed that the “master” bedroom ceiling had mold. And the bathroom sink in there didn’t have hand soap, only about 1/10th of a bottle and it was watered down. The other bathroom sink dripped. Only other complaint is that the elevators are soooo slow. You will wait a long time for one. Not the condo owners fault though!! It was still somewhere I would stay again. The balcony was the show stopper- I spent most of my condo time there. Great view there and the furniture is so comfy! Also very close walk to the boardwalk! Great place for a group.
