Direct Ocean Front...In The Middle of it All!!!

My best friend came out from Kentucky to spend the holiday weekend. Neither of us had been to OC in YEARS. The weather was perfect. The home was in a PERFECT location! Great to be able to walk right out to the boardwalk and the beach. Would definitely recommend.

We loved that it was right on the Boardwalk. We had a wonderful weekend!!

Our stay at the condo was made easy by the extras that are usually overlooked by many for instance the beach toys and chairs and the games for rainy days were all made accessible to us. Very clean and well kept with an amazing view and excellent communication with the owner. Looking forward to future stays.

The condo was perfect for what we needed and Gary was a great host! Communication was excellent! Can’t beat the view or location!

The property was on the boardwalk with ocean views and a lot of food choices to choose from. The only negative about the property was the mattress on the sleeper sofa was like sleeping on springs. I know sleeper sofas are not typically comfortable anyway but would have been nice to have a foam topperhavfoam topper

once i was in i was ok. not sure how everything worked on getting in place. it was our first time with using vrbo. it went ok. i just made call and everything was good. pool was not open and this is why i booked with them. it was dirty in pool and not open. elevator got stuck on third floor for a time. only regular electric outlets no where to charge phone like lamp. we took our own outlets but be careful. over all not bad but could be better.

Very peaceful and the view was great. There isn’t an easy access for handicap people. The stairs into the place are really high. Other guests made the same comment about the steps into the condo building. The pool was closed for the fall season. That was okay. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

Great location! Condo had everything we needed. Perfect view of the beautiful ocean. Host responded quickly and made the process easy. Would do this again for sure !

We had a great time and stay. So much to do and the food at the restaurants was fabulous. The only thing we didn't like was the cold indoor pool. It would have been great to use the pool if it was heated.

Great Property. The unit is slightly dated but everything is very well kept and clean. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Location is great with plenty of things close by. We will look to rent this again in the future.

Great location, no pictures of the bathroom which needs to be updated. Bathroom is very dated.

Had a wonderful experience with Vrbo as it was my first try. The owner was very responsive with any questions and information that I need. The condo size was great and the view was spectacular!!! I will definitely try to stay with Gary again ?
