It was a great family friendly property and location - amenities and staff were awesome. Had a great vacation!

Overall we loved our stay. The location is amazing. You can see the beach straight from your kitchen or master bedroom. The apartment was clean and had almost everything we need. You could tell that the owners might not stay there themselves. Hanging options for keys, towels are missing. We didn’t get any dish soap Or trash bags to hold us over until we could go shopping. The tv is weirdly mounted and the music box kept falling off the wall. The bathtub stop near the first bedroom didn’t work so we had to bath in the main bedroom. The location is amazing and if you have a small child, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Overall our stay at this location was good. The property ia great and offers a lot of amenities - indoor pool, hot tubs, playground, beach access etc. The condo itself is a good size for a group of 6 but it does need some updates. The oven did not work during our stay and 1 burner on the stove did not work (did get fixed while we were there). Called the number provided by the owner and they responded quickly, but the oven wasnt fixed which messed up our cooking plans for the trip. The cleanliness of the location was okay. The shower curtains in both bathrooms had mildew, the window in the master bedroom was very dirty, and the glass door was extremely dirty when we arrived. Also I messaged the owner prior to arriving to inform them we would be arriving late. Never recieved a message back so had to call the reality company upon arrival to figure out how to get our keys to enter. Wish there was better communication. Owner responded after I had already reached out to the afterhours number. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the condo ia very close to the beach access entrance and outdoor pool. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if the clealiness improved and the stove was functional

What an amazing place to stay and soak up the sun and enjoy the water. Very easy to get to the beach, pools and parking lot. 10/10

Great location! Good ocean view. When we arrived, the condo had not been cleaned. The office couldn't help us because they don't manage this condo. We finally got in touch with the owner who got it cleaned for us that evening. The cleaning company brought us a gift card as an apology. I would stay here again.

Direct ocean view from balcony was excellent. Great outdoor pool with a legit water slide that both adults and kids will enjoy. Excellent outdoor grills, mini golf and other sports activities made it great for the whole family. Highly recommend for a great family trip.

Our favorite vacation spot ~ on the beach, lovely accommodations and beautiful view from the balcony! We have rented this condo for several years now. The owner is always very responsive and helpful. The unit is clean and nicely decorated.

We had a lovely time at APATB. I grew up staying here and getting to share this special place with my kids was really magical. The location of this condo was fantastic. A short walk to the pool and beach and a beautiful view from the condo itself. The condo was overall well appointed though some areas do really need some TLC, as others have mentioned. The dishwasher is not properly installed into its space, the sink faucet is loose, the stove burner pans are so corroded they are disintegrating and the shower heads were scaly. Everything WORKED fortunately, but it was concerning we might be held responsible for some of these things and would have appreciated them being mentioned upon our arrival. Beyond that, no complaints and we would consider renting this property again, though we’d love to see some attention given to the items mentioned above. Thank you for your hospitality!

Overall we enjoyed the ocean view and the short walk to the beach. The condo does need some TLC -the DW is loose, the kitchen and master bathroom faucets are loose and the switch on the far light next to the master bed does not work - to use the light, you have to plug it in. The internet was very spotty and we missed having a wine opener along with glasses.
