Step out of your front door and be within 100 steps of the beach at this ocean front building. This spacious, updated first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanview condo (~1000 square feet) has a close proximity to the beach. This updated unit can sleep 8-10 people comfortably. There are two assigned parking spaces and additional free parking on the street adjacent to the unit on both 38th and 39th street. Listen to the waves crash and smell the salty air as soon as you open the balcony door from the living room. The very large balcony is only steps to the beach and offers a breathtaking ocean view where you can relax with your morning coffee or evening drinks. Spend a week enjoying the beach in this peaceful family friendly atmosphere.

Diamond Beach Unit 116 is a side unit in an ocean front building. Conveniently located off 39th Street, it is directly across the street from the O.C. Convention Center. This unit is within walking distance (less than 10 blocks) to the boardwalk, shopping and many restaurants/bars including: Seacrets, Macky's, Barn 34, Mother’s Cantina, 45th Street Taphouse, Shotti’s Point, Higgins Crab House South, On the Bay Seafood, Rita's, Dough Roller, Anthony's Sub Shop, Satellite Café, Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park and the famous Coconuts Beach Bar and Grill to name a few.

Minimum age rental limitation of 25 years of age. Security Deposit required. No smoking. No pets. Exterior (outdoor) security equipment may be in place to monitor premises at all times for safety of guests and to protect the property. There is a camera monitoring my front door and the hallway of my condo building.

AMENITIES: The main bedroom has one queen bed that sleeps two guests and has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and double bed that sleeps four guests. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living area to sleep two guests. The dining area has a murphy cabinet with a pull-out memory foam queen mattress that can sleep two guests. This condo just had major renovations and updates to modernize the unit and enhance the guest's stay. New LVP natural wood floors have been installed throughout the entire condo. Central AC unit and water heater was recently replaced. There are all new stainless-steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is a fully equipped kitchen to allow for dining in for the night allowing for longer time out on the beach in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with new silverware, cookware, dishes, glasses and other kitchen accessories including Keurig, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and blender. There is newly installed white subway tile backsplash along with granite countertops. All bathrooms include shiplap, marble carrera countertops, updated cabinetry/fixtures and new toilets. The sliding door to the balcony allows for views of the ocean. There are two televisions located in the living room and second bedroom. There is a front load washer and dryer located in the hallway.

WHAT TO BRING: sheets, towels, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) and HE laundry detergents. Bedding consists of 2 queen, 1 full/double, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 1 queen murphy bed cabinet.

A linen company can be recommended and provided if the guest decided they would prefer to have towels and sheets delivered to the condo upon arrival. This would be set up and paid for by the guest.

**NOTE: Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo. Will NOT rent to High School Seniors. Parents/Guardians of High School Seniors are also NOT permitted to rent this unit on behalf of their children/dependents.

    We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The description was spot on, and we enjoyed it even more than we could have expected. The condo has everything you need- the kitchen was stocked with what you needed to cook and make drinks, the washer and dryer in the condo were great to have available, the beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the bathrooms, beach gear available and condo was tastefully decorated. Check in process was super easy and host was so prompt in getting back to me with all questions before and during our stay. Parking is right next to condo, basically outside the door, very convenient. Outside shower for rinsing from beach was a bonus. Loved being able to walk right out to beach and next door to Coconuts. Many things were a close walk. We would absolutely book here again. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and had more than enough space. Thank you for being a great host!

    We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was clean & adorable !! Location was perfect to the Beach & Convention Center. What a great girls weekend! The Host was so wonderful, checking in & making sure everything went smoothly. Will definitely come back!

    This rental was the perfect location. Everything was clean and kept nice. Chad was very quick to respond and helpful when we needed him. Since we stayed off season he offered a later check out which was helpful to my family as we had to stay til later in the day for the event at the convention center. Would definitely recommend to others.

    We were good with the location, though this unit is on the side of the complex so it’s tough to see the ocean. The condo is well furnished, but bring your own towels, sheets, and TP.

    Overall a pleasant stay on 39th street. We had some small issues when we checked-in which were fixed quickly. Would’ve been 5 stars if not for a few small hiccups. We would stay again for sure
