Exceptionally nice condo on the beach. Great location and very easy check in/ check out process. Rick is great to deal with, and is easy to contact. We will stay here again. We enjoyed every aspect of our 2 week stay.

We didnt end up staying. The people who were there before us left the place dirty. The toaster oven looked like it wasnt cleaned in months, floors not swept or moped, counter tops not wiped down. Rick was nice enough to send cleaners there again but sadly they only swept and moped the floors . Toaster oven and other appliances were still not cleaned. Not Ricks fault as he has no clue how clean the apartment is unless he comes and checks it. While the place itself is nicely decorated and is in a beautiful location, cleanliness was a big problem. Sad how some people treat other peoples homes. Lost a lot of money on this trip. Pretty sickening to think about.

Loved this place. The location was amazing. After walking up and down the beach every day we realized how lucky we got with this location. The beach was never crowded even at high tide due to no high rises close by and we didn’t have to run out at sun rise to save a spot. The beds were comfy and the linens were in the room ready when we got there. While we were initially hesitant on the third floor location we were so grateful we got this one as the view from living room and bedroom was amazing. The porch furniture was nice as well. Surprisingly the unit actually had great chairs and umbrella for use (we didn’t use these since we brought them since we have been burned before by this). But we could have easily just showed up and used the multiple beach toys and boogie boards and chairs/coolers provided. Have seriously never stayed at a place this well stocked. Also loved walking along 9th Ave behind this condo with our dog each morning. The houses were beautiful and very quiet stroll if didn’t want to walk the beach. The location was still very convenient to Walmart and nice restaurants. We had a fun time one evening at Murphys beach bar singing karaoke. It is less than a mile up the beach

Listing was just like described. Actually never stayed in a condo so nice and clean especially after they had guests the week before. Check-in process was very easy and the communication was excellent between the host. Will definitely be booking this condo year after year…..

It was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space. The kitchen was the BEST kitchen I've been in at the beach. We cook a lot. It has everything we needed. Owners were very responsive.

Ricks place is very convenient to everything. The beach is right out the door with plenty of local restaurant's close by, I will most definitely be coming back in the future!

We loved the view of the beach and the location. It accommodated 8 adults and a dog. Everything we needed was in the condo and the owner was easily accessible. The beds were comfortable. We liked the back patio and the front porch which allowed us to keep beach items out of the condo.

Fabulous location in North Myrtle Beach! Loved the condo and the amenities. So convenient having chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas and sand toys already there…it saved us from over packing. Rick was an awesome host and always responded to my email, and the folks at costal condos were super sweet!!!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach paradise! Rick and Regina are absolutely wonderful kind hosts, they truly care about their guests. We made so many memories at the condo from watching the sunrise out on the patio, playing dominoes and games nightly, and enjoying the perfect spot right on the beach with not too many crowds. The condo comes with everything you could possibly need, we forgot a beach volleyball no worries the condo had one and plenty of chairs/umbrella and sand toys. We have an elder dog that we take everywhere with us, and we really appreciate that the hosts allowed us to bring our fur family as well. It’s hard to find great places like that. This condo complex has the dunes and so much grassy area, which we love and appreciated especially bringing a pup along. In all the years of visiting NMB, this condo has now become our favorite with the space, cleanliness, unbelievable view, it truly is a home away from home. We cannot wait to be back next year!!
