Resort was very nice, clean and safe

This condo is absolutely spectacular. We’ve stayed at North Beach for many years and this condo is by far the nicest and most well kept one we’ve had the pleasure of renting. The room is beautifully updated and decorated. It’s also very clean which is so important to me. The ocean views are impeccable. You also overlook the beautiful pools. Blanche is amazing at communication. There was an issue with one tv on the day we arrived and she literally brought a brand new one right over. I can’t recommend this condo enough. We will certainly return.

The condo was very nice. The only negative was the occasional weed smell. The hallways and common areas need to be updated.

Great property and owner. Clean and modernized. Communication was clear and check-in/out was seamless. Highly recommend and would stay again.

My family and I have stayed in this condo a few times now and we loved it every time. Check in/out is easy. We will stay here out in another one of Blanche’s condos again.

place was clean and beautiful. the veiw alone is worth it

I thought this remodeled Condo was great. This Condo was super clean just like my house. It accommodated us in every way imaginable. The view was spectacular. The kitchen didn’t fall short of everything you need. It had mixing bowls, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blenders everything. Here are a few things that could improve. I booked the Condo and wasn’t sure when I arrived how to checkin. That was partially due to my fault because the owner said it was in my instructions however I must have overlooked it. It needs to be crystal clear of how to checkin. The key box thing to get the door keys to check unto the unit was difficult. My spouse and I are older and kept bumping into the wooden piece in front of the shower. Although the bedrooms have SMART TV they could use cable so that you could get local NEWS. And lastly it would be a good idea to have a way for guest to get back into the unit if they forget something because once you leave the keys on the front desk and lock the door that’s it. God forbid you forget something important. Maybe leave an extra key in the lock box and tell guests it should be left in the box the entire stay.

This condo was great. From the minute we walked in I was impressed with how clean and spacious everything was. What you see is truly what you get. The condo had all the essentials for a great stay. The resort itself is beautiful with plenty of seating at and around the pool area. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and beds were comfy!!

My daughter and I ventured down on a last minute decision - this location was great…the unit was excellent and Blanche was super responsive when we had a toilet issue early in the stay…I would absolutely come back…The property had some maintenance going on that was bit disruptive but nothing that Blanche could controlWe had a great time - we will be back!!!

Overall excellent stay. Was notified original booking unit had issues. She was able to get me into a similiar unit on the top floor. Unit was clean and freshly renovated. All furnishings were new and comfortable. Will be contacting back for next stay in a few months. Would recommend.

The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised on the website. We have stayed at NBT multiple times and it does not disappoint. We had a couple of hiccups while there and Blanche was easily reachable and resolved everything quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding upgrades to unit, but for the price you need to totally upgrade the unit. Tvs are not hd? There 720p. I KNOW WERE AT THE BEACH BUT YOU NEED HD. There was no bottle opener or wine opener. We had to buy tp there was none at the unit. all in all the unit is beautiful but buy our own tp

Overall, super clean and comfy. Very nice decor and theme throughout the condo. Although we didn’t cook there aside from cinnamon rolls there was enough in the kitchen to work with. Beds and couches were super comfy! We had all that we needed for this trip. As always the pools and the seaside restaurant/ pool bar was great! We have stayed at this resort multiple times and it never disappoints. We will definitely save this condo on our lists to come back to. Thanks for having us!
