We are within walking distance to civic center, restaurants, movies, main street, main street fishing pier, band shell, shopping, water park, boardwalk amusement park, and sun splash city park, as well as the new lifeguard complex is right next door.

We feature one of the largest pools on the ocean plus a huge hot tub affords you a perfect view of everything from the beach goers to the surf. You will be delighted ! ! ! Daytona beach offers a multitude of activities. Fly through the sky in a para sail or just watch others from your balcony. Enjoy Friday and Saturday night free concerts at the historic Bandshell during the warmer months. Also, enjoy Saturday night fireworks from your balcony during the summer months and of course New Years.

Orlando theme parks are only about an hour away. Kennedy space center and Saint Augustine are close by. For race fans, Daytona international speedway is only five miles from our condominium. Perfect location for bikers as well.
