We stayed at this unit in early July 2025. We are a couple in our early 60's. Our goal was private time as well as getting in some hiking in the area. The view here was MAGNIFICENT and we really enjoyed the changing views throughout the weather and available light. I give five stars for the view alone. The condo is comfortable for 2 and would easily accommodate a child or two but might be tight for 2 couples. I really appreciated the washer/dryer as we were muddy after our morning hikes. The condo is neat, attractive and comfortable. We did not use the television so I cannot comment on it, but we had no difficulty with the wi-fi. I would recommend a few small things. It would be nice to have a small table and chairs on the balcony or a chaise lounge. We spent several hours a day on the large and comfortable balcony. A silly thing, but I would have liked to have some corn holders in the kitchen. The king bed was a nice addition. It is a bit of a trip to Ashville from this location so plan your days accordingly, but Asheville is a city that is easy to get into and out of quickly. I recommend the Jack in the Woods pub on Thursday nights for a wonderful bluegrass experience. There was a volunteer 5 dollar cover that was well worth it.The Wolf Laurel complex is worth investigating. We found several hikes within the complex including a lovely waterfall and creek hike in the Bald Mountain Creek Preserve. The hike to the waterfall is short for people not wishing to trek.

We just completed our stay in mid June and absolutely loved it. I have a family of four with two daughters that are nine and eleven and we fit perfectly. It was our first time in Wolf laurel, and it really is a little gem in the mountain. We played a little basketball, tennis, fished in the pond, and did some hiking up to bald mountain. We also traveled back-and-forth to Asheville several times to enjoy Some summer activities. The host Sabrina was super sweet and a great communicator. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for sharing your home.

Our only regret is that we had so much planned in surrounding areas over our 4-day stay that we didn't have time to explore Wolf Laurel properly. We did manage to squeeze in a hike to Big Bald on our check-out day & it was amazing! The property manager was very helpful & answered all questions we had. The unit was very clean & just as described/pictured. I have to mention that google maps brought us home one night via the back gate which is opened via code only, so we had to reroute. This was not a major deal, just want other visitors to be aware this could be an issue & that there is limited cell service on some of the nearby roads. Overall, we had a fantastic trip & would rent this unit again.

The condo is very cozy and the private balcony is terrific. The view is spectacular and the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or do some stargazing in the evening. Everything is clean and tidy and the king size bed is very comfortable. Make sure to do some shopping before you get to Wolf Laurel because there is not a grocery store in the direct vicinity, but once you get to the condo the kitchen is appointed well and you can do all the cooking you care to. Whether a weekend or a week, it's a perfect getaway.

The condo was immaculate, charming, soothing, and very relaxing. I adored the gas fireplace and the huge back deck. The views from the deck are as amazing as they are in the pictures. I found the place quite easily. And was thrilled to find out it was a first floor condo so I didn’t have to lug my luggage upstairs. The king size bed was supremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything one could want. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return again just to hang out on the back deck for a wee, reading away. I stopped at the Publix in Weaverville enroute from the airport and picked up my groceries before I arrived.
