BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: __1 Guaranteed Pass, 1 Extra can be purchased, but spot not guaranteed__ .
U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    Property was good. Great location with great wrap around balcony directly facing the beach and the beach area is not overrun with skyscraper condos. It is a little older and the salt air has made some of the exterior door hardware stop working, which I’m sure can be repaired by the property manager. The restaurant across the street was very good too.

    This was our first stay in this complex, and we loved the location! Right on the ocean, and a small condo complex so not at all crowded. The unit has an incredible L-shaped, shaded balcony, including a large section directly facing the ocean. The unit itself is in pretty good shape. There are a few minor issues that would benefit from repair/touch-ups, but nothing that lessened our experience, and the value was excellent. The washer/dryer were high quality.

    Overall we had a nice stay. There were some things that could be polished I guess. For example there was an issue with the parking when we arrived. Our car rental company did not have our vehical of choice, so we were forced to take a twelve person cargo van. When I called to ask if we would be able to park out from under the garage the gentleman I spoke with told me that this was not a possibility and that I would just be stuck trying to squeeze the van into my assigned spot, however when I spoke with another guest, she said that as long as you have a tag you're good, which did appear to be true, as we found out you could park on the side of the building, but it was just on a first come first serve basis. There were also no towel holders in the main bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient Otherwise everything else was very nice.

    The condo is really nice. There are a few cosmetic issues but nothing major. We had a leak under the sink and they were very quick to get maintenance to fix it. Communication was very good. Just FYI the refrigerator door doesn't shut very well. You have to give it a push so we had to make sure we pushed it shut. Overall, a great experience!

    We came for a girl's trip in August. The view from the balcony was amazing. Loved sitting out there and listening to the waves. The condo was beautiful. Our only complaint was that you could see where there was some water damage above one of the doors. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The beds were all comfortable as well. Had to call for maintenance one day because the wind was blowing the rain in a window and they were quick to come out.

    Had a blast. Condo was right on the beach with a wonderful view. Next time i would try to get a top floor condo bc it sounded like a hurd of elephants on meth were staying above us. Other than that it was great!

    This property was a great location, within a couple of miles of shopping and restaurants. We had a few issues with some items in the home, but the management company responded quickly! Pictures are accurate and there is a small store easily within walking distance for any quick items.

    I feel that the property could use some “freshening up”. The sofa bed needs to be replaced; very uncomfortable. The commode in the guest bath needs to be replaced; the tank did not fill with water promptly; we filled it manually to get it to flush. The location was excellent!!! Your assistance was responsive when we called. Definitely would stay there again!
