Location was perfect, unit and grounds were very well maintained and owners were great to work and communicate with!

We had a great stay in this condo at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Check in was very quick and easy. The condo was spotless and had more than we needed for the week. The beach and shells were gorgeous. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The unit is super clean and extremely well equipped. Everything you could possibly need is there. The beach wagon was our favorite feature! Char is an excellent host- very responsive and kind. The beach has been greatly expanded and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. And of course, the sunsets are absolutely stunning!! We love this end of the island for its quiet, natural vibe and we highly recommend this unit!

Great condo! Hosts have put much thought into making their guests stay enjoyable! Very nice beach, pool & tennis courts. Shops are opening again in Santini Plaza.

The views were beautiful but crews were rebuilding the beach 24/7. So that was a bit noisy especially at night. Also only 1 elevator was working for the week. But the television was a great size. And everything else was good considering this was a studio.

Night and day heavy equipment pushing sand to repair beach. No restaurants in area, still rebuilding from hurricane.

Easy to find and easy access! Char has an adorable little condo with view of beach and pool. Excellent grounds people still cleaning the remains of Ian. The pool staff keep it spotless! The place is truly a special place! Char responded to every question quickly! Really appreciated that. My only suggestion is a garlic press and a hand held juicer! Hope to stay again!

Our stay was a bit different this time, we had to switch units 2 days into our trip,no fault of our host. There was electrical work being done on building A and no one could be in the building. The unit that we ended up in was not as nice, but after the staff made some changes things were fine.

Excellent location and amenities. Pool is very nice and convenient. Owner helped us out big time when our flight was cancelled and we needed an extra night.

We had a great experience. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It is incredibly clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We had to leave our vacation early due to a family emergency and Char was very kind, accommodating and responsive. The property is still in the process of recovering from the hurricane but that didn’t take away anything from our experience. We give this unit our highest rating and will definitely return in the future.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. We stayed for 10 days to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and ended up getting engaged on the balcony ☺️. It’s the perfect location, the condo has everything you need and the owners message back immediately if you have any questions. The check-in/check-out process was easy & contactless so there’s no lines or receptionist to deal with. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future. Thank you for providing us with such a lovely place to stay!!

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed in the last ten years in which we beach two times a year normally! Char has stocked the condo and made the week nothing but leisure even down to toiletries and cleaning supplies which isnt normally how that works! The bed and pillows were comfy and communication was great! The beach was great and very few people around. Shelling was awesome! There was still significant damage from Ian and so devastating but to be expected and didnt stop our time at all! The umbrella provided was broke which I did reach out just to make her aware we didn't do it and she responded quickly! We bought a 7.5ft umbrella and left it for her future guests! Over all clean, friendly host, and everything but meals basically provided for the week! Will definitely rent again if we venture back to FMB!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very clean. Would recommend!
