BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: _2 Parking Passes___ Parking Passes must be purchased on complex website- we email the link to you after booking. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    No pillowcases for the extra pillows or blankets for the pull out bed (just sheets provided). One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom (for 6 people, we knew more would be needed prior) Furniture needs updating as recliners squeak like the titanic. Location is closer to the Perdido Key side (which was fine for us). Proximity to the beach was perfect! Worked for what we needed and would definitely stay again.

    Complex was perfect size as not too many people on the beach. Elevators were always available which has been an issue at other complexes we've stayed at in the past. Beach access was great and condo was just as advertised.

    We’re teachers who enjoy traveling after the school year. This summer, we opted for a beach vacation. We loved that this condo was located on the beach. The location exceeded our expectations. The condo fit the four of us comfortably. Having a balcony overlooking the beach was fantastic and relaxing.

    This condo is the perfect size for a family. It offers a great master bedroom with its own balcony access. There is no need to even turn the AC on because the flow of air that is created. We had a few issues with things this time around. No can opener. Door still doesn’t lock to master bedroom after 4 years of noting it to the property management. Our main door would not shut properly due to a screw that came loose. Parking was always free until we found out just a week before we were to leave that it would be 62. Construction was going on and it was absolutely terrible to listen to all day long.Besides the little hiccups that happened this time around, we still enjoy this space for the price.

    Great location. Nice unit. Very comfortable couch and recliners. Wish these things were better.Dripping faucet in MBR tub. Sink in 2nd bath did not drain well. Kitchen cookware was not organized well. Front entry needs door painted. Rims of fan blades need to be cleaned. Compliments on the nice windows and patio doors. Prefer 2 king beds and better linens. The sheets on the Twin beds were oversized. Overall a pleasant stay. Beachball communicated well and submitted work orders about concerns. They responded well to burned out lights requests. Finally, rugs need a deep cleaning.

    We had a fabulous time and was extremely happy with the property. The only negative was that the condo above us on the 7th floor were doing some kind of renovation and started hammering and running saws at 7:15 a.m. I would have been ok with 8:00 a.m. but 7:15 was a little much. With this being said, we will definitely book #610 again.

    This condo is very convenient to shopping and dining. Very easy access to the beach! I did have issues with obtaining my parking pass, which you need prior to arrival to get in the gate, that took 45 minutes to figure out, so I definitely feel that process should be less complicated .Also our bed linens did not look clean at all upon arrival. But overall was a great stay!

    The property was nice and clean. The pool was clean and pictures were as advertised. The beach was clean and not crowded like the others. The only thing is that after I paid for the room, all the fees and a parking permit, it totaled over $500.00 a night. I felt it was a little steep, and I had to park across a 4 lane hwy, because there wasn’t enough parking…

    We had a great time. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The only issue with the property is that it's hard for large vehicles to park in the parking lot. There's parking across the road though if needed. Any questions I had before the stay were answered quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them again.
