BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

    We really wanted to get back to Orange Beach, but had a limited budget. We selected this condo based on location, number of bedrooms and proximity to the beach. The condo was nice - not perfect - and that was fine - that wasn't our expectation. Everything worked well and our family of 7 was comfortable in the condo. The Phoenix West with the lazy river is located next door, so be prepared to answer questions from your kids like can we go there?!. The activity from the neighboring lazy river did add a more festive feel to the condo though. Only other feedback foe the condo would be to upgrade the deck furniture. It was fine, but a small investment into some newer furniture would be wise. Overall - great trip / very happy with the condo.

    We were extremely happy with the condo. My oldest child (19) said, “This is amazing. It’s going to take a while for this to sink in.” We had one small issue with an out let not working and someone was there to fix almost immediately. We did bring a couple of things like an iron and hair dryers that weren’t needed because they were available in the condo, but I couldn’t find that information anywhere before hand.

    The location was fabulous. The condo was quaint. It could use some updating, but was very comfortable. Being right on the ocean was amazing. It was not over populated either-which was very nice for us!

    The property was as advertised. There were a few things that was not working as they should have and there was mold on the shower curtain in the master bedroom. Overall we were pleased with the condo!

    The condo is very dated. Handles came off from both showers. Carpet and furniture were worn and looked dirty. Pocket door to main bathroom was very off center. Lock had to be replaced. For a condo that sleeps 8 there were only 4 chairs on the balcony and one little table. Location was good.

    Overall the place was very nice! The sleeper sofa could be replaced. The mattress doesn’t truly fit it and slides around exposing the metal bars, making it uncomfortable. The master bath was smaller than expected but worked just fine! A few extra bed pillows in the unit would be a good addition. Some other things could be replaced: shower curtains, wet bar, tv (dish satellite hardly worked).

    Everything was good. The first code I had for the door did not work and we didn’t have hot water. It was lukewarm. Everything else was good.
