BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
Snowbird guests staying over the course of multiple months are required to pay a fee of $50 per month for parking passes.

• PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    Directly in front of pool and beach making ease of access. Large patio doors from master bedrrom and living area. Huge kitchen. Second bedroom dark and cave. Good for sleeping only.

    Simple and straightforward. Right beside the pool and beach. The unit is well placed. It's a relaxing place. There's a lot of rules to keep down riffraff. The master mattress is unbearably hard. Other than that, just as you'd want.

    We had a good time, and were happy with our stay. The TV in the living room was small, the kitchen well appointed and we really had no issues. We were close to beach and pool....loved that. We have already reserved for next year. Thank you

    I would rent the condo again. I liked the condo just not the work that was going on when I as there. It was a nice room that led right out to the pool.

    A few insignificant mechanical issues. Overall, well equipped clean and comfortable. Not really a direct ocean view being ground floor in front of facility pool but nevertheless an enjoyable property. Property management 5 star and a relaxed environment. We would book again except possibly 2-3 floors up.

    Location of this unit is the absolute best. Steps away from pool and beach. But the owners need to make some updates, especially when charging 3k a week. Master mattress is awful and living room furniture is too. Recliners are almost broken. It doesn’t feel comfortable. The unit is ok but I wouldn’t stay here again. A few updates would make this unit amazing. FYI no Keurig and the TV is really small. Bring your own pillows.

    we had a great time. We even had a great fishing trip. went to OWA and all had a great time . Love the first floor access not waiting for elevators And also 10 feet from a pool. and 10 feet to beach access.And the grand kids love the indoor pool as well, and they love being across the street from 2 arcades

    The property was great , just if your going to stay bring your own pillows and blow up mattress cause the pull out couch is wore out and pillows are too . The main bed is way to hard .
