DIRECT GULF FRONT, FANTASTIC VIEWS, BEACHY DECOR, TONS OF AMENITIES

Beautiful view. Quick response in changing an old dirty shower liner (I was thrown off when walking into a person inside the condo without warning but still pleased in timely fix) The master mattress was terrible, slept on the twin bed (he slept on the pull out twin bed) in the living room. Amenities such as hot tub, indoor pool, and sauna are not open - should most definitely advertise that. Parking was a waste and we checked out a day early strictly because of the sleeping arrangement.

We did not have the best experience. The shower does not drain which caused issues. They dryer did not work. It took 4 cycles to get a few towels dry. We had to hang things around the condo to dry as we packed planning to have washing and drying availability. The bed in the bedroom is completely worn out. The headboard and frame barely holding together when you crawl in and out of it. We ended up sleeping on the couch and recliner it was so uncomfortable. The trundle bed also was caucked and patched together and uncomfortable as well. This condo is just run down and needs repair. The blinds were tattered and worn. The balcony furniture was not as pictured. There was no lounge chair which we specifically looked for. There was water sitting in the tub upon arrival and we did report that and they offered to come and clean but after being on the road all day we declined dealing with waiting for that. We wanted showers so we just cleaned it ourselves. The building amenities were nicer than some of the other beach ball properties we have stayed in however the condo itself was disappointing. This condo felt very run down and not the cleanest. I would not recommend staying here until the bedroom mattress is replaced as well as the trundle bed if you plan on using that for sleeping for a guest. The dryer not functioning and tub not drain obviously are big issues that also need to be addressed. We have stayed at several beach ball properties over the past several years but this one wasn't enjoyable.

The check in was made very easy through the property management team at Beach Ball vacations. They were very good with communications. They were also helpful with texting other recommendations ahead of time as well.The property and unit are obviously not one of the newest properties, but well maintained. The location is awesome, easy in and out. The unit kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and they made good use of the available space. The bed was average, but not uncomfortable.The views from the balcony are what we travel for. We have visited Orange Beach several times for vacation. We have stayed at this property previously in a different unit and have enjoyed our stays. The only real downside on this particular trip was the balcony furniture. It was in disrepair and needs to be replaced. We were able to enjoy our balcony time and had the best dinner seats around. There is no lack of great shrimp boil, pizza or anything else that cannot be served on the balcony with such great views.

Overall the unit was dirty. There was a film on the floor, our feet stayed dirty. There was a musty smell as soon as we walked in and the A/C unit wasn’t working properly. Under the a/c vent in the bedroom there was a spot that stayed wet, we had to lay a towel down so we wouldn’t slip. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the tub drain was clogged, every time we took a shower we were standing in water and it took a while to completely drain. The ottoman in the living room was pleather and was peeling very bad, my children would sit on it and have brown pieces stuck all over them. I finally moved it to the corner because I had to sweep anytime someone touched it. The refrigerator was clean on the inside but was rusted on the outside. Things were patched like the mirror in the kitchen, the dryer had a broken lent screen. Also, the girl giving us our parking passes was very rude, kinda set a bad tone when we first arrived. The beach was beautiful and our view was nice; however, balcony chairs were ripped and one was almost ripped completely through on the seat area. The amenities of the resort were nice, my children loved the splash pad and pool. We honestly just tried to stay out of our room.

Orange Beach is beautiful. This unit is a good location. I traveled 13 hours to enjoy time on the beach, the unit's deck and the pool deck. Unfortuantely I was not told by Beach Ball that the pool deck would be closed and there would be construction. The construction at the pool during the day was too loud for me to sit on my unit's deck. I was disappointed that Beach Ball did not inform me as I could have picked a different unit in a different building. They did apologize but they did not offer any type of compensation. The beach was beautiful, great weather and wonderful sunset.

Stay was good, kids had a good time. The room could have had more supplies for making food, but bed was very comfortable, slept like a gem. would highly recommend this unit.

Disappointed would be an understatement. The floors were disgusting, the tub was nasty and did not drain, the linens smelled like BO and there was mold growing on the bedroom ceiling. The cookware was a joke and needed to be replaced. The skillets had black flakes coming off in our food. We reached out to beachball and they replied with “thanks for bringing it to our attention.” But did nothing. We have stayed at many condos and beach houses. This condo was by far the worst. We will never stay here again. View was nice

The only complaint is the floors were sandy when we checked in.

This place was great. Great location, great amenities, and my family had an great time. Wish there was more information about other amenities offered. All in all great place and view was amazing. Super quiet and enough room for family.

The condo is exactly as pictured. The Beachball management easy to get a hold of if necessary. Lovely location and great beach access. The condo was very nice. And fully deserving of 5 stars - the actual building was the only reason I gave 4 - The condominium did have construction going on in the lobby but they did a great job of providing ease of access. The fitness room is average and outdated. Both pools are nice size. The only downfall the indoor pool has very little seating - and the outdoor pool had very little shaded seating. Maybe they do provide umbrellas in summer? Overall a nice location and would stay again

This condo has a great view and is a good location. Everything in the unit functions however it is in the true sense “a rental”. It is very family friendly complex with plenty to do for kids of all ages. The rental company responded to any of our issues.
