We had such a wonderful time during our winter break stay. From the moment we arrived, the condo felt warm, cozy, and welcoming—truly a home away from home. It was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything our family of five needed. We never felt like we were missing a thing.The location couldn’t have been better. Waking up to those spectacular views every morning was a treat, and we always felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Being part of the Zoëtry Casa Del Mar resort was a huge bonus—the amenities and activities available for the whole family made our trip even more memorable. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, exploring the grounds, or enjoying the resort’s offerings, there was always something fun to do.We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already talking about when we might return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Ivan and Tina’s beautiful condo. The view is spectacular and it’s so relaxing to wake up to the sights and sounds of the ocean. We even saw some whales while sitting on the balcony! The condo is comfortable and has everything you need to make it feel like home. The shared grounds of the Zoetry are impeccably kept and you are just steps from the main pool, which is very calm as compared to most hotel pools. Would definitely recommend Ivan and Tina’s condo at Casa Del Mar!

Can’t beat the view. Nice updates to the unit that comfortably slept two adults and two teenage boys. Walk to pools and Zoetry resort. A great option if you want a chill/relaxed spot.

My family of 4 just finished a great stay at this property. The condo is every bit as good as the photos make it look, if not better. We wanted a quiet stay with a beautiful beach and a luxury resort and were thrilled with how it worked for us! I have never stayed in a short term rental with a better equipped kitchen. The layout worked well. If we decide to go back to the area I would look to stay here again in a heartbeat. Every aspect was excellent!

This was the second time this year I stayed in this condo. Great location, wonderful condo and the owner has made significant upgrades since my last visit (5 Star). I’ll continue to seek out this property when visiting San Jose del Cabo.

If you’re looking for a cozy homelike experience with fabulous views of the beach a stone’s throw away, you must stay here. My wife and I have stayed at many resorts large and small and decided to book a condo this time because we wanted less of a crowd. This place was the perfect middle of the road solution. Restaurant, gym, pickleball/tennis, several pools not crowded. All of the major resort amenities but at a smaller more discreet location. The owner accounted for every little detail of things needed to make the condo feel at home….right down to laundry detergent, beach towels and chairs and tanning spray. We plan to come back this condo, later this year.

This sizeable and well-equipped condo was perfect for our family of five. Good location in the Tourist Corridor not far from the charming town of San Jose del Cabo & its boutiques & excellent restaurants. Huge, true oceanfront balcony for sunrise, sunsets & whale-watching. Overall, a great stay!
